Could Michael's gameplan become unravelled?

Personally I don't think Michael 'playing the game' will make any difference to the votes etc, his fans will still vote to save him no matter what. He started off as one of my main favs but that has has quickly gone down the gurgler. For me tonight I am more intrested to see if he had any influence on how Angie votes & how he votes. I think he might want Josh nominated & is just loading the others guns with bullets so he isn't seen as the vilian for noming him (Josh). That & the fact he said to Zoe that he warming up to Estelle & Zoe saying she had warmed up to her a few weeks ago....tonight will be the most attention I have paid BB on nom nights, any serious watcher of BB of past & Survivor has to know there is a certain formula to winning, maybe Michael put those genious brain cells to work before he came into BB, who knows? Sara Maree was set to be the obvious winner & then all of a sudden at the last moment there was a landslide vote for Ben the eventual winner. In 4, 5 or 6 weeks we will all be here, happy dancing or sad our fav didn't win surprised at the eventual winner or crying "rigged" "fake" "i'm never coming back again" which btw I never would say, sadly a BB addict from day 1 :(

I think the only way Michaels gameplan would unravel from here depends on two variables occuring AT THE SAME TIME:

a) the HM would need to see his dark underbelly (gameplaying one not the icky unwashed one) and nominate him for it or align themselves against him because of it.

b) the viewing public see Michaels manipulation and gameplay and his popularity drop because of it.

I am going with

c) When BB wants him out they will start showing him for who he really is.

Several times Michael has said he has a nasty side & he has to curb it. He won't be able to do that for too long.

I am sure he would have shown glimpses of it, we just haven't been shown the entire thing. YET.

Michael's chat with Angie was very revealing. So was the chat he initiated with the nominees of the last eviction where they talked about how they could change their behaviour to avoid being nominated again. It just proves that everyone is playing the game to some extent.

Michael admits that he is curbing his behaviour but what happens when he is put under a bit of pressure and snaps? It must be so hard in there to control your anger towards someone and pretend everything is fine.

In anycase the nominations tonight are going to be interesting. I don't think Estelle is going to be a major target.

I am absolutely convinced Michael is stragegising. It's a game of strategy with a quarter of a million dollars at stake, he'd be pretty damned stupid if he wasn't! And I'd be very disappointed in him. The rest of them all are too, no matter what they are pretending. Personally it doesn't put me off in the slightest, it's the best part of the show. The only interesting BB conversations on this forum are about strategy and forum posters trying to work out why the hm's are doing what they are doing. All this crap about who has the biggest willy or the best tan are juvenile and boring. If I want tweenie fodder and live in the land of cutsieness and rainbows I'll go and watch the Justin Bieber movie. Give me some decent strategising any day.

I saw a video the other day of Josh and he pretty much looked broken and said he didn't give a shit about anything. Now is the time to start taking out the competition , keep the weakest links for the final.

What is with the constant Michael is a genius and an alpha male.... he looks like the love child of Dorothy and the cowardly lion.

Ben keeps saying everyone follows him making him an alpha male, but given the housemates this year, wouldn't it just make him a shepherd

To be honest I did like how he bullshitted Angie with that false strategy shit... and even Angie saw it for the bait it was and he scored a few points from her this week.

Yes perhaps your right with the older women vote minus the teenie boppers, just add my little quote onto yours and that would sum up Aaron nicely.

However at the least and i do stress LEAST, Aaron had all his sides shown, practically the good, the bad and the ugly (and downright cringe worthy) yet i do absolutely agree it was turned into the Aaron show in the end. All I've seen from Michael is wacky zany Michael that people are suppose to love, laugh and applaud and Saddy Waddy Michael where the viewer is supposed to sympathize with how he feels in the house (so loved, yet so alone is the style it feels like BB's going for).

Oh yeah, totally agree, you did see lots of not good sides to Aaron. I think with Michael he may be in a sense censoring himself for us. ie not giving BB anything really bad for them to use against him. He does seem to be very mentally playing the game, calling it a game of chess etc, so I'm not sure if he'd actually reveal to anyone too much. Saying that though, I could also see him thinking he wants to show how clever he is and that could be when he lets the guard down. I think he most probably needs to be up for eviction a bit more often and I would imagine we'd might get to see another side to Michael then.

I actually thought Michael was being sincere with the chat he had with Angie in the bathroom and really let his guard down to expose some of his strategies....he has never nominated Angie and do believe....right or wrong....that he is very fond of her...and think it's telling that Josh assumed that Michael would nom her....

and even though it annoyed me that he nommed Estelle and Sam again at least he didn't deviate from his usual nominations...

Well, I wonder if Michael's going to lose his cool over this weeks blue v's red task. He is on the blue team with Angie, Estelle, Sam and Layla - his least favourite people!

I agree fatpants...Could be very interesting...well fingers crossed it is and not the usual disappointment that seems to be a common occurrence with tasks and super powers

And Layla is on the red team....I think the blue team could work well togther as Michael doesn't dislike Sam and Angie and think he's come around a teeny bit with Estelle....I'm actually waiting for Ben to have a meltdown....lol....

Oh my mistake about Layla.

Ben just might have a meltdown too. He has already warned his team that Brenda might come out. This update was on the OS

“If I was in Michael’s shoes I’d be like, I’m dead” Benjamin muses, positing that he’d go to the Diary Room and cry if he were teamed with the other members of the Blues.

Well to me it seems that the producers really want Michael to be nominated. They tried with the you have to nominate for strategy show, which did not work.
Now they are constantly referring to the he is the leader and is he going to fall kind of shit. Trying to make the public want him to fall. I guess when he is nominated there are many more voters, which brings in more money! it is getting a bore that it are always the same people.

Another quote from Brad's interview. It seems that the house already thinks Michael will win.

Who will win? [Team Online]
My pick to win would be Michael, I think he’s going to win for sure. I think, you know, the House, we have all come to the conclusion that it’s him that’ll win.

Just checked out the crappy the BB OS and I've been having trouble with the site taking ages to load pages...freaking annoying....anyways... viewed a video with Michael and Angie chatting....strangely enough Michael said he feels alienated from the red team...(his crew) and alienated from his own team as he is the only one not to be up for eviction...he said he needs someone like Josh and Ben to bounce off...without that he's got nothing....he also mentioned who were the 'funny' hms...and mentioned Zoe...well she's never made me laugh or even raise a slight chuckle....

So you might be right fatpants Michael just might be the first to have a meltdown....

but can he keep going without someone to bounce off. maybe his bad side will come out.hope so

One can only hope that this task makes something dramatic happen!
