Copies of BB1?

Does anyone out there have copies of BB1 on vid or better still captured as xvid?

I would love to watch that series again and apparently (according to the interview with Peter on BBBA radio) 10 has wipes all tapes of it.. :(

Are you sure? Maybe channel 10 don't have copies anymore but I'm 100% sure Big Brother would. Remember the room that was mentioned in the recent behind-the-scenes news article, there's apparently a room at the studios where every single episode ever aired is locked away. :p Oh how I wish I could take them all! lol.

Wouldn't it be every single second of BB of all 7 seasons not just the aired programmes?

Someday? I reckon if you put them on eBay even today they'd go for quite a bit, depending on how many episodes you have. :p I know I'd be keen... lol.
 
I remember somebody was hocking burnt copies on DVD once on Amazon. I was a fool not to buy a copy then. :(
 
BB should release all seasons on DVD DS uplate blah blah i'm sure alot of ppl
like myself would buy it, id love 2 see some of the old BB again.

cor blimey! how many discs would be in each season? lol
 
I love BB1 and if it was all possible I would acquire it. I think it may be a good idea to use this thread on letting us know who has any of it it saved and maybe via PM we can get a series together. :)

i have no footage what so ever wish i did, there's gotta be ways of getting it.
 
Season 1 is hard to get a hold of - I *think* I have copies on VHS tape somewhere, but I've been meaning to check for at least a year now, so I probably will never get round to it

I have facilities to extract it to a xvid file if your interested and would seed a torrent after this series and UK series is over so I have enough bandwidth. :)

That's actually a very good idea. Bittorrents have been treating me badly lately. :p And I can never seem to find a full series prior to BB06 anyway...

Is it allowed for us to do this? If it is, we should give it a go. It'd be awesome! :cool: My Big Brother copies include: every episode of BB07 so far (bar a couple from last week, which I am in desperate need of a.s.a.p. - *hint*) and all the BB05's from the final week (i.e. the last Uncut of BB05, last FNL, last Nominations, grand finale, etc). I think I have BB04's finale somewhere, a few Uplates and Uncuts from BB03, and I did have all the BB06's shows from the final week except the DVD was recently destroyed. Ugh.

Anyways, enough my rants that have have no use whatsoever either way, is it possible to gather various episodes here? :o
 
BB1 is the real problem. Anyone care to send me copies of BB1 and I will provide a torrent after Au and UK series finish. I dont have unlimited bandwidth and its a real cost if I blow it. Other series from 3 to now wont be a problem as they are available and will probably be up after the Aus and UK series finishes.
 
Well I have the BB01 Starlight Foundation Charity Pantomime (sp?) on VHS. It'll take me a long time to convert onto DVD and then onto my computer but I can attempt it... :)
