kxk is correct. It's not a workplace by any definition of the term in australia. The judicial system specifically ruled big brother wasn't a workplace for housemates in 2005 and as such they do not get paid superannuation, qualify for worker's comp, etc. They are competitors who get paid a weekly stipend hoping to win a prize.

Shhhnnnnaaaappppp! Yeah could you imagine the overtime they would entitled to? Lol ;-)

Bullying? I don't think so.

As others have said, she's not the one rallying the troops.

All I see is a strong-minded, verbally impulsive young woman stuck in a house without anyone that she really clicks with. From what BB's shown us this last week or two the cabin fever is starting to get to everyone and cracks are starting to appear. The novelty has worn off the house and now it must just be somewhere they live - but seriously can you imagine having to be your best self (like your work self perhaps?) all day every day and not having a grizzle or a snap here and there? Are you human?

If someone said I was fat and then apologised 2 days later I dont think i would be a victim of bullying. Even mikki doesnt use the term bully but says bitch instead

I think it is more about how the victim receives it than how the attacker intends it.

Someone could feel vullied if they are hassled a couple times even if it was good natured...others might laugh it off.
If a person feels bullied, then they ARE being bullied. None of us has the right to invalidate someones feelings
