Not at all. I am actually looking forward to revisiting it the most of all - because it is the most different to any other BBAU season and is often forgotten or overlooked against the others, for a multitude of obvious reasons. I think you’ll find a lot of people may feel the same, even if just for curiosity.
 
08 is not good and it just a totally different show to how it started but for me personally it’s more entertaining to watch than 02. But I didn’t watch it when it aired for various reasons and have only seen it once amongst a rewatch, and a marathon might be too much. We will see.

I’ve been rewatching it at the moment, to be honest if you’re able to ignore the presence of Kyle Sandilands and the winner of the series.. it hasn’t aged too badly and the season progressively got better as production actually listened to audience feedback. That team deserved another season, they had all the workings for it..
 
I’ll definitely watch 07 it’s possibly my favourite season of BBAU, strong cast, interesting storyline’s, main characters don’t overstay their welcome and it ends with a very satisfying winner.

As for 08 I will likely skip it or have it on as background noise. At least by that point we’ll have a launch date.

The refresh they attempted for ‘08 was a season or two behind where it should have come. At very least heads should have rolled after ‘06.

Very glad to hear I’m not alone in this. It’s a strong season, and imo a lot more polished than 06 (and 05.)
 
Ok you guys have me excited for 07 now. My memory is that I liked it but I really wasn’t sure how much or even if that is accurate, especially since my memory is of really liking 06 and I’m now revisiting this thought.

I find that opinions on 06 vary. For me, my feelings haven’t changed too much since it first aired - 06 ranks in some of my least favourite seasons of the Ten era. Certainly not the bottom, just somewhere down there. But for others it’s their absolute fave. So 🤷‍♂️.

Yeah I guess I have seen people say they love 05 and I feel the opposite. I was genuinely shocked to see someone say 02 was their favourite!

Prior to this it was one of my favourites, I’m not completely sure where it lies currently. A step up from 05, something about the season really rubbed me the wrong way.
