Day Spa hands down! Most entertaining and funny moment. also Tim panicking when Boog was coming towards the kitchen while he was stealing the rissoles.
 
Gosh, I have so many...

Ill start with one for now. When Tim put himself up for eviction and saved mikky... The reactions that got from the hm's was brilliant!

Tim comforting Ben in the bathroom when Ben had his mini breakdown over going back to his life outside the house. It was when I realised that Tim was more than just a prankster and had a very caring side.

That was one if mine as well. I enjoyed their surly prank too. The Freeze & Release challenge had a lot of good moments. Ben's awkward moment in the pool during a Drully fight...there were many good moments this season.
 
Hasn't happened yet (Jade being evicted).

Ben and the "falling insulation" and the pillow fight after.

Absolutely this one for me also. I actually got teary because it was so spontaneous and genuine. :D
 
I have heaps but theses 4 are my favourite moments

1. Tahan when she immersed herself in the ice bath, That was the moment I thought this girl is cool and not just a pretty face

2. Ben, when he thought the ceiling was falling, I laughed so much that episode

3. Tim, when he said did you get that Tully

4. Drews face when Tully came in during the Freeze task

Omg that Ben moment- I died from laughter! Yes that has to be one of the best scenes. It was awkward, but bens persona at that moment could not have been better planned. How about that scene with Ben and Tim and tahan, where Tim asked Ben whether he would let him stay over his apartment for awhile? I loved that
 
Tim and the ice cream versus hairdryer - the second time it happened !! Absolutely hilarious !!!
Tim's reaction to his dad nominating is up there with that.

Drew and Ben chatting when Ben said, I don't even need these glasses. I'm not even gay !
Tully being evicted.... best flipping moment of the entire series !!
 
Yes, Tims dad nominating was freaking hilarious. Tims reactions are gold!
 
after the ManDate pillow fight when they had all calmed down and were drifting off to sleep.....Tim started giggling to himself, then blurted out "there is no insulation" and began laughing hysterically again. dont know why but i really enjoyed that moment.

otherwise any of Tahans diary room rants.
 
The fake eviction comes to mind as well, the hm's reacting to seeing Ben warmed my heart
