Benjamin HM 2012 - Officially joins Behind Big Brother.

"same vile, bitchy comments". Well you would think Ben would be in his element then right? Or do vile, bitchy comments only apply when they come out of HIS mouth? Is it just a case of can dish it but can't take it?

And if you think my comments are "vile and bitchy" for reproaching him re: his bullying in the house then you need to get a clue and some perspective.

ALSO in re: to your last comment, if you CHOSE to go on TV and bully people then you would deserve all the criticism in the world. I don't see people from his season like Estelle, Ryan, Bradley, etc attracting the same criticism. That's because they weren't bullies.
At what point does "criticism" become abuse?

Because you've not only ran past that point, you've driven over it.

And Ben won $250, 000 and a car (as well as other sweet perks im sure). You're all acting like he's been so hard done by for some people pulling him up on his vile behaviour in the house. NO. He was actually REWARDED for it!!! But yes.... POOR BEN! We're all picking on him! Won't everyone just leave Ben alone!!! #whatajoke #wontstand4bullying

I wonder if Ben likes cat gifs?

Who am I kidding? Everyone loves cat gifs
AW!!! Although i can't help but think those lizards are bullying that tiny kitty!

  • Hey, I'm following you. And it seems like they're really tearing you apart inside your introduction thread.

  • You need to speak up, son. Defend yourself. Some of us are doing what we can.

I have a life beyond Big Brother. I am happy with who I am, which can be hard to remember if you let the opinions of strangers infiltrate the truth. sometimes the innocent seems more guilty when they defend themselves.

And then he showed me a picture of him and his fiance at the beach.

I love it.

I absolute do. You just have to sit back, and enjoy the irony of it all.

Those that think they are on some retributive justice mission, by essentially bullying a "bully", and coming up with reasons why their behaviour is acceptable.

I love the internet.

Do you realize the only reason i have written a post in the last 10-20 pages alone is because i've been continually quoted and criticised for the questions i asked in the first few pages of the thread. I'm defending myself more now for asking the questions rather than "bullying Ben" at this point. By bullying Ben i mean asking him why HE bullied. But apparently me asking bullies why they bullied is also considered "bullying". What kind of flawed logic?

If you all stepped off my nuts then i'd probably leave the thread. But i'm not going to leave the thread when people are accusing ME of bullying. Because that sort of crap doesn't sit well with me. I've dealt with bullies all my life and i dont let the bully win.

Guys it makes it very difficult to answer people's questions when the hate is so thick for a person you don't know. Big Brother is a show cast to create conflict, to show a heightened level of emotion and to represent a small part of Australian culture. I was there for most of the show and it was long and challenging part of my life. I am responsible for my own actions and I am certainly not saying I am not guilty or culpable of a debate. There were moments when I was outright horrible. But you can be a good person or a bad person - as long as you are honest with yourself and you are willing to admit your flaws - you at least are on the right path. Guys I am on the beach with my fiancé who has been my partner for 5 years. We are happy people who love life and have needed to move passed a lot of the negativity. I could tell you a number of things that would change your opinion of Estelle forever. But why be petty. Plus the quote is 'the the innocent only seem more guilty when defending them self.' (Oh crap that makes me sound like I thought I was innocent) She like me - was challenged and competitive. We knew what created conflict and we served it up daily to win $250,000. I have not only now worked with charities to create awareness for bullying but I have learnt a lot myself. When reading this thread - it seems like we could all do with a refresher on 'how to treat others!' P.s on a side note, I will ask all of you this favor ..stop comparing me to Tim. It's not fare on me or Tim. Why compare anyone to another, when people are so different. We are all individuals and deserve our own story. Is Tim a television radio announcer - yes! Am I - no. What did Tim do before BB? He was a radio and TV presenter. At the end of the day people go back to their normal lives and I have a theory we all go back to what we did before. Once the fifteen minutes is up. Tim will always be on television and I will always be a dreamer.

Why would he come back?

I'm pretty neutral on Ben, didn't really think much of him on BB12.

But fuck me, who would want to come back and defend themselves against a bunch of strangers he's never met, who are throwing abuse at him for actions he a) can't take back b) happened 2 years ago c) it didn't even affect.

Don't come back Ben. It ain't good for anyone to have to take this shit.

Really? Because the last 2 posts have consisted of reasons as to why you think you are in the right to "criticise" him.

Seems more like you're trying to excuse your actions instead of saying they're being misinterpreted.

I am also not in a place to comment on Channel 9 and channel 10 because I would hate to offend either networks - and the people who work timelessly for months putting Big Brother together.

That's not fair and u know it Ben. You're implying that Estelle did things that we don't know about to warrant your bullying of her. Well what were they? Don't insinuate that she did stuff without backing it up otherwise it could be a lie to make yourself appear justified for how u treated her. You said it yourself - you're not friends so why are u against saying what she supposedly did?
