What a bunch of cry babies! The season is over, Ben won and they need to move on. It's just a TV show! I bet they will still be here crying about it until next season lol.

If Estelle had won, I'd have said, "Oh, bugger." and moved on. Wished her well. But that's just me. :D
 
And interestingly if you lurked in the estelle ap thread each week she was up many were posting they'd voted 50 times and a hundred times and they'd spent the past half hour voting and were spending most of their pay packet.

But then look at the what did you spend poll and it seems very few spent much at all. Caspers mum and I are responsible for two of the votes for $50-$100 vote.

BBBAU isn't the sample population, I'd say facebook is and you could see it with the comments.
To the age bracket of the main voters Ben was 'cooler' and Estelle was totally 'uncool' so unfortunately Estelle just has a cult following like Ray.

Also, some people just didn't like Ben...that doesn't mean they were Estelle fans (this has been an ongoing issue throughout the series).
You will see that most Estelle fans have been conducting themselves fine and all that has been posted in the appreciation thread was that we are proud of how far Estelle got.
 
I could only just catch up on the finale now and had avoided finding out the winner. Congrats Benjamites! Soooooo stoked!
 
Estelle or Layla should have won. Anyone but Ben. He is the worst winner of all the seasons of BB. He should have been evicted halfway through for all his nominations talk, and he won basically by lying, bullying and denigrating both Layla and Estelle. He is a self admitted compulsive liar. He is vitriolic and spiteful, and maintained this horrible persona evil minutes before he was crowned winner. He set a bad example to viewers by showing how to win at any cost. He is a man without principle other than selfishness and greed and sets a bad example to everyone. As a role model for the gay community, forget it. His nastiness and bitchiness makes for the very worst of the gay stereotypes.

My modem blew up in excitement. Just got it working again. Ben won!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

That was so lovely, and his reaction, and his mum, and his partner, and the proposal, and all the love from the other housemates fro him.

My favourites never win BB, or anything much really. So so excited and happy. Love to all.
 
I just have a horrible feeling that some Estelle fans are never going to build a bridge and get over it. They're just going to bang on about Ben for the next decade. Come on folks- Ben won- you can do nothing about the outcome. You've banged on about how vile he is all season. Everyone gets it.
Saying the same things about Ben and his fans in every thread on the board is never going to change the fact that Ben won- Estelle lost.
 
Yesterday was so much fun......Obama, sigh of relief and so damn exciting!
Then Ben, wow, I didn't think Australian audiences had come this far................1st series poor Johnny was demonised for nothing and he was a sweet soul, to this huge win, awesome.
And look at the symmetry, 1st BB winner ever - Ben; 1st winner new BB - Ben
 
I still can't believe my favourite HM, Ben won. :) It's only the second time in BB history my fave actually won. Icing on the cake was his proposal on national TV and hope the pollies sit up and take notice. I have followed Ben and Ben on twitter and there was so much support for Ben in the house. I can't understand the sour grapes by winning, Australia voted so they must have enjoyed watching him - comedic Ben, bitchy Ben, neurotic Ben... :D
 
That Obama / Ben Winners Party Tim was plugging must have gone off it's rocker last night!!

You should see all the random comments claiming 'this has put final nail in coffin of BB never watching again' GOOD you are just the type of person who ruined parts of this years flipping show with all your cries of bully! Bully! Buuuuuuuuuuuuuuuullllllllllllllyyyyyyyyy!
 
Oh those whingers are no loss, and they usually have the memory capacity of a blow fish and will find a new target to hate on Master Chef or Biggest Loser and forget all about who they hated on BB by next year anyway.

Look forward to seeing Ben in Celeb apprentice - since they have invited other RTV winners why not witty Ben? Would be cool if they had 2 BB Hms on different teams:)
Also reckon he will get some Morning show panel stuff with Sonia.

It's the first time the person I wanted to win on BB won.

I picked the winner of Biggest Loser. (Margie)

OMG: Both were called bullies & both are gay. (so others will say I am a bully & want the 'bullies' to win.)
