Ben Ben BEn - as much as i love your character you gave AWAY your power to Layla when you confided in her that time about being intimidated by her beauty hahahaha and NOW you are the one in the diary room saying she is intimidated by you tsk tsk - open your eyes :D
 
I think they are more stagnating rather than intimidating. The house has become exceptionally uninteresting and nothing noteworthy has occurred outside of that ridiculous task.

Ben was just being his usual bullshitting deceptive self, playing games with peoples' minds for his own ends, and dumb Layla fell for it hook line and sinker.
 
totally agree. he pulled the same crap with michael early on, telling michael that he was the alpha male - it's an ego feed to get people on his side, but also subtly position himself as superior, as able to look down and make judgements. it's clever for high school, which is why it looks brilliant on the 5-yr-old-maturity benjamin, but it's still bullshit
