BBAU 2025 house in Dreamworld Exhibition Centre

It’s looking like it’s going to be quite a colourful house from various things seen on social media at the moment. The multicoloured arch doorway and from the live TikTok I could see baby pink, teal and blue colours in the bathroom. They just posted an Instagram poll about what mural should be painted on the pool. I didn’t really like either 
I’m sort of accepting it’s not going to be the ideal BB house for me but as long as they get the casting and the format right I can deal with all that. Getting nervous though.

Hard to tell which direction we're looking in. Also, further signs of no mirrors or camera runs... aside from the random window with timber beams. Also sounds similar to BBUK with the entrance and garden next to each other, if her description is accurate.
Weird they seem to have all that available space and the yard looks like it's going to be tiny, with the pool right up against one of the garden walls.

My initial concern is too many elements are being borrowed from the very poorly resurrected UK version.

To me it's all looking very temporary. They don't seem to be building something that will be there permanently. It's giving channel 7

The interior of all BB houses are temporary and I don’t think you can judge the final product from the stage of construction we’re seeing at the moment. Lastly ANYTHING would be better than the 7 era.
It would be great if they built a custom freestanding house and yard like the old days, but let's face it those days are probably over.
I'd love them to prove me wrong though, with this being a rushed half measure to squeeze this season in before year's end.
Agreed. Even though I'm not loving this sort of build. It's going to be much better then the channel 7 version
Also today's date has been removed from the live stream overlay (compared to the indoor stream from earlier in the week).

I’m sure in the original run a lot of the MDF and materials were reused and repainted when and where they could be. I’m sure the mirrors (standard glass with a film applied to them) were all recycled.
The exterior walls being so thin is strange tho. With a similar entrance and yard setup as England’s my first thought was that there will be a standing crowd. The sound insulation, or lack thereof, is of particular interest to me.
10 is either committing to a cheaper house build or they just don’t see the need to invest in traditional BB house for such a short run and they have bigger plans if the new season proves popular.
I know it’s a mixed opinion, but lack of camera runs and mirrors seems like part of the essence of big brother is missing.

My expectations of the new house have been quite lowered, I’m thinking the only thing “OG” about the house is that it’s located at Dreamworld. And I too am concerned about it all being visible cameras and no ceiling which I don’t find ideal as it makes the housemates feel like they’re on a tv set and not just living in a house. I know they’re well aware anyway but takes away from that big brother feeling to me.
Also one of my main fears is that all the talk from fans about this year just being a short run and next year they will do a longer series is all just wishful thinking.

That “window” is giving me: theme park vibes. Potentially having a two-way mirror manned by security and allowing Dreamworld guests to peep inside the house during the series…lol?

I can only hope that camera runs are still to come… in the bathroom above the sinks, there are no mirrors. Which is just weird in any situation. And these - at a minimum - would surely have to have cameras behind them.The current lack of potential camera runs in the garden is concerning. Although BBUK has a lot of visible cameras, they still maintain majority camera runs, so at least they got that right.
