I she felt that way about Nine's house imagine how Seven's felt. And this new one???

Same applies to 10 era. There's a tendency to over-glorify what was ultimately a concrete slab with a shed. The house was nothing more than a set built within a soundstage, hardly an architectural marvel. If anything, the auditorium and production offices were a bigger feat.
