The Big Brother Australian Upscaled and Enhanced channel is still up... for now... thanks to BigKevin, one of the forum members. Wonder if he has been contacted by Endemol 🤔
 
If they're doing DMCA takedowns for fan uploads of the old series then I bet you there's gonna be an official archive to watch remastered versions in the best quality on 10.com.au or an official YouTube archive channel. That's the only logical reason they would do that. If I'm huffing too much hopium and this never transpires then someone will eventually reupload it later anyway. Failing that there's always "the high seas" if you're desperate enough.
 
My theory is that they'll be uploading all of the (Ten) seasons to either that RESAY channel on YouTube or 10.com.au.

The comment from BB saying they're "cooking something up 👁" when asked about uploading the original eps in their broadcast quality makes me believe that's what's happening.

Unless the bulk of that compliment are camera operators I’m doubtful they have the staff to warrant relying on individual manned cameras. I also don’t believe fixed rig cameras actually add anything to the series. Just like the idea that a smaller house leads to more conflict I think it’s a bit of a fallacy to say that having the cameras hidden means HM’s will somehow forget they’re being filmed.

As for speculation about the house location there’s plenty in the thread if you look for it.

Big Brother is back where it belongs and they are doing it in style! There has been a lot of chat in here in the last few months so there is a few pages to get through in different threads with a lot of back and forth waffle, so use the search if you want to find a discussion point specifically!!

Dang that was one of my alternate sources on YT for my BBUK watch as well, they had some seasons up that one of the other channels didn't have but theres still other archives. Maybe it was an obvious one because it was primarily a BBAU focused channel. At least they are putting up proper alternatives with the stuff from the OG library!
