I still don't really get how noms/eviction are working.

Pretty much each housemate can nominate, but the winner of the challenge essentially has immunity. They can all only nominate one housemate, unlike 2 in the original format. The 3 housemates with the most votes are then up for eviction. Apologies if I'm wrong

I think the first vote is to put up three nominees. Then they vote again to evict one of the three. Think that's right. Just like the OG show except they vote instead of the audience.
