Here's a question for you @Goon - which will make a nice change from 'PREMIERE DATE PLZ!!!' - have you heard any whispers about whether the show is going to return to being kinda-coproduction with New Zealand like BB01-04 was where money exchanged hands so they could get extra vote money by airing the show over here too?

I'm curious since 2013 was surprisingly extremely successful given it was on a three month delay when it aired here, so I'd actually be really surprised if they didn't decide turn that tap back on since it's really just bonus money for doing little extra work. TV3 in NZ have been getting really, really friendly with Nine in the last year or two, so it's not like it's an idea that's completely off the table...

I would think that TV3 would be sticking with Million Dollar Minute in the "pre-news" timeslot. So I doubt that NZ would get Big Brother with less of a delay than last time... if we get it at all...

I'm not to sure about that. Million Dollar Minute hasn't been rating spectacular (Well under 100k), and probably won't do much better up against Hot Seat. TV3 might revert to BB when it returns as it was consistently rating over 100k even though it was on a 3 month delay.

Is it Australian Million Dollar Minute and Australian Hot Seat? If so, Australia owes you Big Brother to make up for those horrific shows

Hot Seat's actually not that bad. Anyway, TV3 should get rid of MDM when BB returns, as it is a better show, and rates better for them, which is really impressive considering BB is 90 minutes.

CHANNEL 9 programmers will be cheering the loudest to see the back of Seven’s rampaging reality series, House Rules, with the winner of season two to be decided tonight (6.30pm).

After building a solid audience last year on debut, the DIY series took a sledgehammer to Nine’s The Voice, pulling an average audience of two million-plus people (metro and regional viewers).

I haven't joined in on the launch date speculation recently but it surely has to launch while the Block is still airing? If it launched after the Block that would mean the Launch date would be early October….

Come on someone must know something
1 is the house mates in lock down
2 is the house finished
3 the start date
And 4 Where is the promo
or wait is this big brother big plan a big hype everyone talking about big brother and bang promo then it starts as I've been thinking now tell me if I'm wrong but on my foxtel it wont let me see what's on Sunday night or Monday it says no schedule listed when normally it does say something hey and I reckon block will be on at 7 and big brother 7:30 its taking over big bang theory

There is no way that Channel 9 would put The Block on for 30mins as I think it rates higher than Big Brother. It may well be that Big Brother will be a 8:00 - 8:30 start.

I wouldn't mind if it was a bit later might cut out the "family friendly" aspect 9 has enforced, granted they did take a step last year with whatever they called that show, I can't even think of what it was called now feast or something

Yep late night feast.

Re NZ BB. I think tv3 will be stupid to not show this season, it did so well given how later afterwards it aired. I hope they get the rights to screen it within a day or two of the AU screening.
Iv always questioned why we haven't had our own BB show. Would it do well, maybe. If we were to have our on show, it would follow au a lot.

Re Launch, I'm going to say middle of August, just feels right for BB
