BB Mock/Fan-Made Thread

Barely a worthy mock, but don't you think a countdown would be a natural progression of of the # Days To Go bumpers to bookend the start of the launch? What might it look like? Well, guess what I created yesterday evening 😉.


I had to improvise with the 1 since the 1 day to go bumper hasn't aired on TV yet.

Those last shots of the crowd are kind of depressing now that we know how tiny the new set is.

The audio is mostly my own attempt at merging the 2003 melody with 2001 underscore & slower tempo (with bits and pieces of the promo theme worked in). And of course the eye is the 'OG' 2025 one 🤩 (not the purpley oval CH9 & 7 one).

Could have not done it any better. Love the last part of it too. Strong opening !

I gave it a shot but using the current titles as a base. I personally would rather they start over and come up with something that better represents the BB format - paraphrasing what @Brekkie said in the discussion about the theme tune and titles, what does stairs leading up to an eye have to do with anything?

Your version is much better compared to what is currently being dished up at the start of each show.

Yes! That's the established "OG BB" formula anyway. Not the tacky ITV-style intros. 😬 Surprised they didn't make Mike do a Geordie accent as well.
  • Camera goes into the eye-shaped hole in the 3D stage
  • 3D "TONIGHT" text flies towards the screen as Mike says, "Tonight on Big Brother"
  • Clips from the show
  • The rest of the titles
The "ring" could easily be used to transition into and out of the clip package, too. *AND* we'd get to hear more than 3 seconds of the theme!
