I really loved the cast a lot.

I agree, there’s more likeable and root-able people in this series than the next IMO. But thankfully the better side of the house lasted.

My favourite was Yinrun but I did love Olivia’s storyline and felt she was a very deserving runner-up. Jordan was a good winner, my favourite of all the bbuk seasons I watched live (most of the ch5 era). Loved Matty but I hated how his storyline was marred by the love triangle. Chanelle, Jenkin and Tom’s downfall was an interesting storyline. I have to agree with you on Hallie as well, I found her to be a Nikki graham try hard.

I’m actually keen to watch 2024

It’s not a bad season, the storyline’s are interesting and the cast is pretty turbulent. Not as likeable as the 2023 group but the 2024 cast definitely would have done well with a longer season. My current #1 favourite (and maybe also 2nd) ITV housemate(s) come from this season. Although one is an acquired taste to say the least lol.

Smashed out the whole 2023 season in 3 days. Yikes.

It’s been a few years since I’ve watched a foreign season of BB… or any BB series for that matter… and for the most part I truly enjoyed it. The ITV revival certainly is a lot more task-driven than you’d hope from a BB series but, perhaps it’s because I bingewatched it, I actually didn’t find that too much of a problem. There were a few episodes I felt like we could’ve skipped the fun and games for more of the real personable action, of which there was a lot there, but I actually enjoyed most of the challenges. The similarities with Seven’s BBAU were certainly evident in the beginning, though it wasn’t as bad once the season grew. I can understand how the short run really fast tracked the season and made it all feel quite rushed though, especially in the second half. The spontaneous evictions were also not it - Matty’s eviction has got to be the most brutal exit ever, he took it so well but it really upset me.

I really loved the cast a lot. I thought the dynamics were interesting, and even my own feelings toward certain HMs flip-flopped throughout the course of the season. The only HM I seriously did not like was Hallie. Everyone else had their moments. The relationships, for good or bad, were all brilliant to watch. I found these HMs all engaging in one way or another - honestly I liked ALL of them at one point - and I genuinely laughed a lot during this season, which is always a good thing. So many funny moments! I even cried a lot.

Happy with the winner, too. I always find the UK audience and the types of people they tend to like/dislike so so fascinating. Overall I was pleased with this season! I’m actually keen to watch 2024 now, then hopefully keep up with 2025 in realtime once it starts…

Liked what I saw of 2023 but for me I can’t see past the faults of this run and it’s really just giving rebranded C5 era vibes. I want to watch a series that’s made for the fans to enjoy not a series that’s trying to tell me what I should be enjoying… If that makes sense. This is just another series where stupid mandates are getting in the way of what could be.

Just watched the Launch of 2024. Yeah… okay…

Historically live Launches never work well. That was a mess. I’m a big advocate for a pre-recorded Launch show, period.

But another thing, twists like that on opening night are never a great way to kick things off. For a show that’s meant to be about natural social interaction and whatnot, interrupting people meeting for the first time and then causing a literal division in the dynamics from the get-go is just dumb. The live aspect really affected the flow of things here too.

No real standouts for me in the cast yet either. As opposed to 2023’s cast at the same time, I haven’t really been straight away drawn to anyone from 2024.

Let’s see how this plays out…

So. Five episodes into 2024 and by episode 3 I was completely zoned out. I could not tell you a single thing that’s happened whatsoever. Truly. Sorry to say but I also find the cast HORRIBLE and I’m so not engaged by any of them.

I just looked up and realised the house isn’t even divided anymore. Did that only last a day?!

Not sure if I’m going to be able to stick this one out…

In the end I don't think there was much to choose between each series though I'd give the nod to the first. A year on I'm struggling to bame 6 HMs from the series but that's probably on me rather than them. I'm watching Traitors Ireland at the moment and couldn't name many from there either.

I can hardly remember them either.. but I’d blame the housemates and production. It’s obviously hard to make your mark when the story is spun around tasks and not people.

But I don’t think the housemates gave a lot other than arguing. Even last year, I thought a lot of the online discussion basically revolved around the eventual winner and the eventual runner-up..

I don't know if you've seen BBUK10 but that opening non-housemates twist was a bit of a throwback to that, with a couple of the same 'challenges' (Name change (BB10 had 'Halfwit' and 'Dogface' whilst in BB21 'Baked Potato' is somewhat milder you could say) and an eyebrow shaving being the obvious ones).

Also iirc I think you're almost at the time when one of the housemate rivalries start really heating up.

BBUK13 Week 10 + Finale

• Saturday: LukeS is still processing the White Room, Ashleigh casually shaving his armpit while hes chatting about it with Sara and Deana. There’s a mini ‘Potion’ task (They have to guess what potion they drank in diary room by effect it has on other housemates (told via lounge screen while they are in the diary room) LukeA= Love, Deana= Baby, Sara=Fear and LukeS = Copycat potion).
• Deana is getting kindof delirious at times now Conor and Becky are evicted. Later a bit tipsy at the Cocktail party she Keeps getting at LukeS about pressing the button quicker and he has a bit tears in the diary room about it.
• Sunday: Deana apologises to LukeS for her behaviour last night. Later she gets a bit cross with Ashleigh commenting on Deana burning the toast and making the Kitchen a bit hazy. There’s another Diary room task, Choc fingers on the face mini diary room task which Deana wins and they all watch each others opening VTS.
• Scott feels like Ashleigh is trying to drag him into her side of her disagreement with Deana whilst Deana thinks he’s on the Insiders side but chats with him later about him not wanting to take sides iirc.
  
  
• Monday: Final Nominations. Deana’s started teasing LukeS that he’s Charlie and the choc factory because he’s got a golden ticket. It’s Scott on 4, Adam Ashleigh and Deana on 3 LukeA copped one vote from LukeS but Sara got no noms except for Scott who then switched His vote.
• BB calls Scott to Diary room for secret task announcing he passed his series long task to get to the final week which Scott now has to convince the others of that BB was telling him to do stuff every so often all along to win a party.
• Later theres 3 naked waiters in aprons with bare asses for Scott’s party however LukeS Ashleigh and Deana aren’t allowed to attend due to noms talk breaches. Final Noms are announced.
  
  
• Tuesday: Final Shopping Task; Exhibits & Security Guards. Sec Guards are Scott and Sara, the others are the Museum exhibits (LukeS=T-Rex, LukeA= Rosetta Stone, Adam & Ashleigh= Totems, and Deana=Astronaut) and get secret room to party in while BB plays the sec guards a loop of them staying still; They end up failing during the ’silent disco’ as they were singing loudly enough that Scott and Sara could hear them when they came inside the house for a drink. LOL like what part of 'silent' disco... you know what nvm they probably thought its the last week, whatever with the shopping task since they also had a bit of a loud food fight before that, only Sara and Scott were outside watching the cctv at that point lol. Afterwards Sara is thinking Scott would be degrading himself if he goes into phone sex lines after BB when he has a degree is the topic of discussion.
  
  
• Wednesday & Thursday: Nominations ‘Nommy’ awards, LukeS wins the most so picks Scott, Ashleigh and Sara to join him for afterparty dinner cooked by a star chef that comes into the house LukeA would’ve loved to get that prize. Adam tells LukeS he never nominated him and Deana is a bit naff with him but its only a slight disagreement that she thought potentially he might’ve been up sooner if Adam nominated him. The next morning Adam and Deana make up with Deana saying it was something silly, Theres a Limbo comp to win food drinks and stuff for Party, Scott wins Sara’s Eviction Dress for her. The housemates have a party and dance.
  
  
• Friday: Mr Snuggles the creepy clown from UBB is back. In pairs with the nominees they had to pick which one of them would visit ‘Snuggles Salon’ in small task room for a creepy salon to win the other a haircut/colour by professionals.
• At first LukeS wants to go for Ashleigh but she ends up going for him and barely makes it through a fish paste hair rinse. Adam has to do one for himself which is a hands and feet in crab boxes, LukeA successfully gets a mud and stuff body rub for Deana, and Scott gets a multiple spray tan on face and hands but fails by washing it off too early so Sara doesn’t get a beauty treatment but she seems not that phased.
• They get ready for the Eviction which is Scott and then Ashleigh. BOTS is live from the garden (Guests Natalie Cassidy and Iain Lee) after that which they show Ashleigh what LukeS said with Barbell media that he told her about (was also shown on the eviction).
  
  
• Saturday: Nina Myskov helps the housemates prepare for media stuff (like how to give hugs, deal with fans and step out of a car for photos) and has interviews with them showing them clips etc.
• They get a canapé party later for completing it plus Nina chooses Deana and LukeS to have a garden dinner together. Party to Meatloaf I would do anything for love etc and talk about the Final.
• Sunday and Monday: Last full day in the house, just reminiscing, LukeA cooks a roast lunch with help from the others. Placings are LukeS, Sara, Deana, Adam, LukeA the Winner.
  
  
• BOTS: A bit more analysis of the White Room with Mark Rackley, Judy James, Dianne Youdale etc., Becky said she realised halfway through that there was a theme on that quiz. Jamie had an ex-hm catch up VT with Billi from BB8 (with a beard at the time) and a VT with Jedward on them designing a CBB house, 2Shoes had a musical outro with their Turn Me On Song.
• Brian Belo had a horse race themed segment on who the frontrunners might be. Some other guests included Craig Phillips BB1, Anthony BB6, Nina Myskov, Paul Ross, Aisleyne, Jonty BB8, Shievonne etc.
• Scott & Ashleigh’s Karaoke outro was the full Summer Lovin’ from Grease. The Boys won the BB Board Game for beating the girls overall at pub quiz, and Jeff the drag queen sand out the finale outro with the ex housemates on ‘Thank You For Being A Friend’. There was also a BOTS special on the Tuesday night before CBB10 started the following day.

BBUK13 Overall Season thoughts:

• I thought this season built well on BB12. It was the first season since BB4 to have everyone leave via the usual process, no walkers or Ejections, yes, including Conor’s White Room bribery. It also didn’t have any intruders perse, at it got to week 6, 7, 8, I realised technically Becky filled that spot this season as a slight latecomer wildcard and those extra few blank spaces on the housemate wall were just that, Like they were when they had the grid setup in BB12, and it wasn’t gonna happen this season. Maybe if someone did walk earlier on they might’ve considered it, but otoh - this season also did quite fine enough without any extras, there was the divide and a lot of interesting interplay between the existing housemates!
• They also strung out that double eviction until the very end, depending if No one took the money from the white room, they gave themselves just enough room to have 5 or 6 in the final, although as I mentioned earlier another one a little earlier perhaps could’ve also worked.
• I also liked the reshuffle of the house layout. And on the BOTS side the Evictee Karoke sessions were really fun It’d be cool if they return in some form in BB14. And Jeff the Drag Queen. I often enjoy the psych segments too so I know Bit on the Psych is a thing for BB14 so that’ll be cool. Oh and I think I found out what the constant 'Yellow Reggae' in joke might've been about: apparently there was an albino reggae artist called 'King Yellowman' with a song in the 80's or something, not sure how or why it originally came up here though. hmm. Anyways some housemate wrap ups below:
  
  BBUK13 Housemates Part 1
• Victoria: Deana’s nomination shook her up a bit and we almost had Lydia out first, would’ve been interesting to see if she brought it back around for a few more weeks or continued sparring with the likes of Arron. According to the Sun article, she went back to her animal charity and also did some presenting work?
• Chris: I thought he seemed like he could've had a bit more to give, but kinda blew it a little by sticking himself out there a bit too early, with the whole unnecessary stand off and projecting on LukeS, and dunking on Becky that first night she was in about guessing his profession wrong. Apparently he went back to the Baliff thing afterwards.
• Benedict: Another one that could’ve went a little further I reckon had he not come unstuck by getting on Scott’s bad side then the whole thing with Caroline and his crusade about destigmatsing masturbation, all come up at once. He had a pretty epic exit though with the chair and dropping the bombshell about the curry protein powder. He had a very teacher kinda accent, and apparently has also gone on to be in some Indian movies?
• Lydia: She almost went that first week, but she got a couple more weeks to shine. Originally I thought she seemed to be the one to initally start rallying what would later become the ‘Outsiders’ in those first few weeks when they could discuss nominations, and if Deana went instead of her in week 4, She may have gone on to perhaps fill the role Deana ended up in with LukeA, Adam and Lauren. She married Andy Scott Lee in June 2013, and as far as I can tell theyre still together? Apparently Lydia also did some acting roles such as in Peaky Blinders.
• Arron: Certainly lived up to the ‘rapscallion’ tag Scott labeled him with whilst in the house, it might’ve been interesting to see him go on without the influence of Conor if it had been the other way around in that eviction. He continued doing modelling after the show.
• Shievonne: another one who kindof fell apart at a critical time, with both the Turf wars task and then her arguments with Adam and Deana in Week 6 perhaps swaying the vote a little towards focus on Conor, whom the public still had their pitchforks out for it seemed just from the surface level booing. But maybe also that it was a head to head helped as well maybe. Her ‘Shievonneisms’ were entertaining, so many one liners, otoh sometimes I thought she came across as a bit too sensitive to others POV and didnt handle constructive criticism well and was quick to jump on the defensive iykwim. The Sun article mentions she appeared in an ad and at fashion week.
• Lauren: She really came up as a fan favourite in the end, and was expected to beat LukeA in Week 7 when they were up and its was reasonably close that the end of the season could’ve been pretty different! Considering on Launch night I named her as one of the least memorable and If I had Deana’s task I would’ve maybe nominated her, to thinking Benedict might beat her in that week 3 eviction, it was cool to see her bounce back from that drama early on and stand up for herself a bit more against whatever issues Ashleigh and the insiders had with her and also a key member of the Outsiders, before Deana came up in a somewhat similar way and took on her kinda role. Afterwards she went on to some roles and theres pictures of her as a bodybuilder.
• Caroline: Her trajectory was an interesting one, initially she came across a bit ditzy, but then the immaturity and bitchiness seemed to take over as the others noticed how insanely influential she seemed to be in the course of the game itself. I think she got a bit villainized and came out to a lot of boos, and later talked in interview about how it negatively impacted her, however I think its mentioned also that she has reappeared on the show so we shall see where she’s at at that point.
• Becky: Again there seemed to a be a bit of a turnaround on her as she got drawn in a bit to the Insiders side of things and particularly Conor, after starting out well with her zany entrance to the house. It started to shift around her involvement in the wooden spoon tattling to Conor about what Lauren told BB. After the show she became a mother did some modelling and also was a ‘Butlins Redcoat’ according to The Sun article, which from a google search tells me is a kindof holiday camp entertainment co-ordinator.

BBUK13 Housemates Part 2

• Conor: Ended up doing really well for himself after being on the brink of eviction a few times there, by playing the White Room task. Initially the most saved upon Deana’s nomination, that rivalry definitely continued throughout the entire show, as some of the public seemed to have turned around on him. After the show he went back to being a personal trainer, not before being taken to court by Deana about some of his comments in a libel case - which she lost (not on Judge Rinder this time?).
• Scott: He also did well by escaping nomination and being up until the final week, at several points he kindof courted drama and I thought he maybe have been nominated off the back of it but never did there were always a few more pressing housemates copping the votes in the forefront. He had some comedic moments most prominently bring the word ‘Rapscallion’ back into the lexicon. Afterwards it seems he went into history teaching.
• Ashleigh: At first it seemed like sometimes she was forming a kindof mean girls clique against Lauren, but at other times, I thought she came across a little ditzy in a brash Essex way and like she wasn’t intentionally being malicious, in fact there were times she came to the support of some housemates like Deana (even when she had that tiff with LukeS that she thought their whole showmance was fake, and during the eating challenge iirc as well). Iirc somewhere mentioned Lushleigh didn’t last that long outside the house and she has done some glamour modelling.
• Luke S: Again with him I felt like some initial impressions perhaps got a bit projected from some of the housemates like Chris and Luke A that he was a massive gameplayer wanting to be the Alpha male of the house or something. Other times it was hard to tell how invested he was with Ashleigh or it was something for companionship and fun inside the house before assessing it on the outside. I actually thought as well it was Looking like LukeS and Lauren could have something there the way he was bench pressing her very early on, but also at the same time she explained how she got on well with guys a bit like one of the gang over groups of girls. Toward the end his story beat was obviously the white room result - to the point his exit song was Sugababes ‘Push The Button’ - so that would’ve taken a bit to settle down, but after the show according to the article he has done some magazine modelling, acted in a panto and became a PT and online fitness presenter.
• Sara: I felt like she was another one of the few that seemed like a bit of a floater mid season after seeming like she was part of the Clique with Shievonne and Ashleigh early on but perhaps like LukeS maybe coming across as a ringleader when it was mainly Connor, Arron and maybe Ashleigh kindof causing that perception a little bit IYKWIM. Then she popped up a little with is there something happening between her and Arron, then in the final weeks it seemed sometimes she had a similar thing as Shievonne, frustrated at not articulating herself well enough in D&M topics and not wanting to debate or feeling like she’s being attacked and too quick on the defensive like with her reaction to Deana trying to calmly converse with her about politics. After the show she did more modelling and also studied investment banking.
• Deana: One of the characters of the season by the end, in which I thought she kinda reminded in some ways to Makosi a little bit. There was of course her running feud and rivalry with Conor, during which she became a lot more self assertive and after Lauren’s eviction, closely instrumental in kinda leading her ‘soldiers’/outsiders into the final. After the show She has gone on to run several businesses, has acted and has a Netflix documentary apparently.
• Adam: He seemed to be a rock for many of the housemates early on, particularly Luke A and Lauren who strengthened during the show as the core ‘outsider’ group after Benedict and Lydia were evicted. He and Shievonne clashed here and there, he also had some funny moments. He has gone on to do conventions and anti-drug type charities and stuff.
• Luke A: Was bit background in the very beginning, obviously after a contrast to previous trans housemate Nadia’s original run on the show, he got his ‘secret’ out of the way almost immediately, and it never really was a thing for the rest of the season bar a few interesting conversations dotted throughout. He also got a bit more confidence to stick up for himself a bit later on after Lauren and himself were both up and Lauren left, and carried through to the final. After the show the article mentions he returned to his restaurant job, had twins with his partner, runs a bakery business called Cravin’ and reappeared on BOTS.
  
  So that'll be a wrap for BB13 for now (Might check out the rest of that Auditions episode later they apparently had a bit more of how they whittled down the wildcards and stuff) But up in a bit my opening post for CBB10 (I'm almost up to the Day 7 or 8 Eviction ep).

Hmm. Nearing the third eviction of 2024… hands down, the most unlikeable cast and worst season I’ve personally ever watched of BB so far. (Seven’s BBAU doesn’t exist for me, lol.) I’ll get through it but, sorry, I can’t even begin to explain how awful I find all these HMs and this season…

Finished BBUK 2024. Truly hated it from start to end. Such a shame too, as I enjoyed 2023 so so much. I’m about to say some things I’m sure many will disagree with, but I just found the entire season very frustrating and difficult to watch. In my opinion, it had zero good qualities and nothing to enjoy. The characterisation of BB was a level-up from last season and it was just so cringeworthy. The HMs were incredibly childish, vile, annoying and just plain impossible to like. The only HM that had any worthwhile traits for me was Ali - although it almost felt like she was in the wrong season / didn’t belong with the rest of this cast. But even then, every time I really wanted to like Ali she went on with whining about thinking she’d be evicted every second day. I did sympathise with her though, and did enjoy her thoughtful analysis, her backstory and overall calming presence. Her win was the only positive of the season.

I’m very relieved I finished it, lol. I’ve watched maybe 5 or 6 full seasons of BBUK in the past so I certainly haven’t seen the best and worst of it all, but 2024 was by far my least favourite I’ve watched so far. I might sound cynical but . I’m looking forward to 2025 though (surely it’s gotta be better)…

Its not one of BBUK's best thats for sure. Ali winning is at least a satisfying ending, even I don't fully understand the obsession she had with Khaled. Part of me did see what she saw in him but at times I also felt like she just wouldn't let it go at times. I personally really liked Lily, but she is definitely a niche taste that might only be popular with gen z girls.

Ok starting to get moving again up to Day 12/Week 2 on CBB10 now and caught up on a skim through of the BB13 Auditions/Wildcard pick episode (Jamie brought in Nikki Grahame and Brian Belo to help, Also some brief shots of a few that got into BB13). and the Tuesday Day 71 BOTS special from the carpark with the Final 5 they played some games, Emma showed the series eviction percentages, It was DJ'ed by Mikey from BB9 and they had a Raggae group as the outro with some throws to Alice in the camera run as the house was being done up for CBB10.

CBB10 (Aug-Sep 2012) Begins

CBBUK10 Launch

• The layout of the house is obviously much the same, just some minor cosmetic changes such as the kitchen tiles are now a deeper brown rather than the moss green (also in the phone room on the BOTS set), the carpet in the lounge area has more red in it, and the wall curtains have some gold. Some slight wallpaper changes? around the housemate portrait shelves, and the diary room chair seat has changed from blue to pink. The secret room is a gym room with a step climber and treadmill and bike and stuff.
• Julie Goodyear is first in (‘get it, got it, good’ from Corrie), followed by Cheryl Fergison from Eastenders. They’re doing another earpiece mission with them both when they hear their soap theme played BB is about to give them an acting instruction as the other housemates filter in.
• No TOWIE cast member or XFactor contestant this time, but a couple more models (Jasmine seems like she’ll be chaotic and Rhian seems to be the main ‘page 3 girl’ this time, and Danica was notorious for appearing on some type of documentary about the line of cam girl work she does? (Which later comes to light with some of the others literally the next day).
• Samantha Brick write an article about beautiful women that caused a stir, she seems like could be another Sally Bercow esque kindof casting, Another So Solid crew member in Harvey, Colleen Nolan who was a 70’s popstar and on loose women, and Martin Kemp was in Spandau Ballet but has also done acting and been on BBLB before.
• Ashley McKenzie was in Judo at the just finished London Olympics. Americans we have Mike ‘The Situation’ from Jersey Shore and Prince Lorenzo who got given his Royal sounding type title through some papal family connection, and was on The Bachelor in 2006. Julian Clary the comedian seems somewhat familiar to me as well.
• Anyways Julie/Cheryl's task is Mainly centred around Cheryl getting upset that Julie slept with her ex in true soapie fashion, which culminates in them having words and Julie having to throw a drink over Cheryl. It’s a bit ‘you bitch, you cow’ kinda moment lol. Afterwards BB lets the others know it was a prank and they’ve won a party in the garden. Jasmine confides in Lorenzo and Harvey that she thinks she might get judged for her reputation as a bad girl (theres also some sort of injunction that she cant talk about her alleged affair with Simon Cowell).

CBBUK10 Week 1 part a

• Thursday: The Situation and Julian try and guess which statements match each housemate in the diary room, including themselves whilst the others are directed by BB to stand behind their statement out in the garden based on their choices. It’s kinda similar to the which housemate has done both things connections one they also did last CBB. They Get Danica and Rhian mixed up and also Martin & Julie. The Situation seems to be kinda taken aback at Danica’s pay for online stuff but tells her it was more him surprised he switched it and got it wrong than shocked that she’s been portrayed as a ‘bad girl’ or whatever. Jasmine thinks it gonna kick off soon.
• Friday: Theres a Secret task for the girls to flirt with Prince Lorenzo he chooses Samantha as his princess to take a walk around the garden with while everyone gets cupcakes. Later its Face to Face noms of one housemate each, each of them pre-selecting their nominee from pictures in envelopes. Jasmine and Rhian are up, whilst Jasmine doesn’t take it well and is pissed at Lorenzo for nominating her because she wants to be on the show for her son, and he feels she’s done what she needs to do and can go home now, feeling like its a bit of a cop out reason as she hasn't even said to anyone that she was missing her son already or anything like that.
• Saturday: Jasmine is now saying what she thinks and upsets Danica in the bedroom calling her a prostitute and an escort (what she thinks of what Danica does) and that she could be doing something else. There’s a task to show off talents with ‘Talent agents’ Julian and Julie choosing team members to perform for them both in the large task room, then pick one of theirs to represent and perform for online votes. Julian chooses Ashley while Julie picks Harvey. Ashley wins Julians team the showbiz party where Spandau’s Gold and OneRepublic Stop and Stare (apparently Cheryls fave song) are played.
• Earlier Jasmine overheard Danica’s story about how her mum was proud of her and feels really bad about what she said and apologises to Danica, Also Lorenzo patches things up with her at the party. Danica and Rhian are chatting later though and aren’t seeming to be sure if Jasmine might only now be changing her tune cause it makes her look bad and she’s up for eviction. Both Danica and Rhian have revealed that they are seeing guys on the outside, which throws off Mike and Ashley who have both indicated they fancy them.
  
  
• Sunday: Rhian and Ashley are now seeming to be avoiding each other and not talking all day now Rhian let slip she has a bf. The Situation wins a hot tub party for the rest by doing a secret mission of ‘awkward situations’ whereby he tells Martin he has BO offers him deodorant, does his own makeup job with lip liner on Julian, Flirts with one of the girls (Rhian), Hugs Cheryl for 1 minute, and tells Julie her boobs are fake.
• Later Rhian is feeling down about the thing with Ashley being perceived as her leading him on, Jasmine is talking about with her whilst Colleen gets Harvey and Ashley to understand Rhian is feeling a bit ostracised. This leads to Jasmine flipping on Rhian when they all try and clear the air outside.Jasmine’s again with Julie in the Diary room crying and then hugging Lorenzo who thinks she could want airtime as he explained to Samantha.
• Monday: Shopping task, Housemates are woken up to ‘Big Spender’ which Julie dances and mimes to. They are given £1000 and must blow as much as they can over the task that will be the amount they get for the budget, through a chequebook and piggy bank in the living area. First they spend up on breakfast items, then Harvey gets offered spandex suit after spandex suit for £5 a go later raised to £10 but he declines to put any more on.
• Theres a big fair with some of them spending time on portable rides, buying fairy floss, getting pied in the face and Jasmine has to try and lose as many coins through the penny pusher machine. Julian and Julie spend an hour on the pedalo swan in the pool, and Martin gets a rocker outfit and trashes the hotel room in large task room to bring total up to £485 so far. Harvey, Julie etc talk about personal stuff like Harvey’s divorce with Alesha Dixon. Harvey tells Ashley he still thinks Jasmine is trying to get on everyone’s good side to stay in the house.

CBBUK10 Week 1 part b

• Tuesday: Julian i think lends Danica a purple wig while she chats to Lorenzo. Last Spend task bits Colleen, Samantha, Julie and Julian play ‘home truth’s with prompt cards, some of the ones between Julie and Colleen seem a bit thinly veiled iykwim (Colleen has been a bit sus whether Julie is being herself or playing a game. Julie gets on with Julian, they started a running joke about opening a gay hotel called ‘The White Swallow’. There was also a group session of taking weird shots in the small task room to spend that was shown on BOTS I think as well.
• Jasmine and Rhian are selected by BB to do a Trolley Dash for the shopping list (its at a ‘Morrisons’ this time and not Lidl) if they spend over the £725 pound budget though they get nothing. They came in at £438 although they forgot eggs and butter, which Julie isn’t that impressed by.
• Wednesday: Jasmine talks to Julie about Rhian telling her whilst shopping that Julie said she was supporting Rhian now and not Jasmine causing some paranoid drama. The Eviction is Jasmine. Afterwards next round of noms in Diary room. Julian has his own name for the Situation ‘The Occasional Table’ and Julie struggles to think of a nomination reason again. Its a five way up with Julian in the lead followed by Cheryl, Colleen, Prince Lorenzo and Situation.
  
  
• Thursday: Theres a bit of trying to work out who nominated who, with Julian a bit paranoid and Cheryl saying she preferred Face to face noms as you don’t get as much awkwardness of people avoiding eye contact and stuff coming out the Diary Room and stuff they can just go ‘yep it was me!’ and get on with it. Whilst this discussion is happening in the kitchen Danica comes up behind Mike and appears to be playing with/pinching his nipples, which comes across a bit flirty, but he seems off to her so she takes him aside where he tells her he’s not happy with how she didn’t come and talk to him after nominations.
• Similarly Colleen overhears Harvey telling Danica how it feels to Ashley like Rhian has dropped him straight after surviving the eviction like she was using him, and gets Ashley to go and have it out with her how he feels like she’s palming off his friendship as she tries to explain him jumping in her bed with others ‘as friends’ doesn’t look as bad as her going to his bed on his own and like she’s leading him on. Oye, drama. Haha.
• Theres a mini Bouquet giving task where they have to guess who the sender was based on quotes the sender made about them. Danica thinks the one about always being there for me was mike but its Rhian, they seem to make up after and apologise. Hot water turned off for Samantha saying she never would nom Lorenzo and Ashley saying he nominated Julian in the discussion with Martin whilst waiting on the couch for announcement of the Hot water punishment.
  
  
• Friday: All the housemates continue to gossip about if Danica and Rhian are leading Situation and Ashley on, whilst Danica and Rhian discuss (also with Colleen) how it seems silly to them that guys and girls cant just be friends even if they are are a flirty person and their actions are still going to be taken as mixed signals by the guys although they’ve tried to verbally make it clear nothings going on iykwim.
• Mini game ‘Majority rules’, housemates under the gunge tank guess if the majority of the other 11 voted yes or no to questions about them, they get gunged if wrong. Cheryl Evicted in a bit of a shock over Lorenzo who was getting some boos, after another stilted vote freeze eviction (Julian and the Situation were saved first, Then Colleen after the bottom 3 were given 20 second vote pleas and the lines temporarily reopened. Colleen is finding it hard being judged but says she didn’t realise how crazy it would be until she was in the house.
  
  
• Situation seems a little salty about Lorenzo and Danica chatting and getting along, Lorenzo even tells her if she didn’t have a boyfriend he would kiss her or pick her straight up if she was on the Bachelor, but respects her position and tells BB he will try and clear things up with Mike so the next few days aren’t awkward just wants them all to get along. Whilst Te Situation is also shown in the Diary room telling BB that he felt a bit put off by Danica talking to Lorenzo over him surviving the eviction I think it was (Well tbf he barely made it through as well?) and even if when they are out and she got with him he might need a pre nup or something. So it seems he might be a bit over it like Ashley is also doing and just trying to keep it at arms length as mates whilst in the house from here on in sortof thing. The plot thickens, again a lot of drama haha.
  
  
• BOTS: Tuesday’s panel and theme was a bit French as the actors were from Allo Allo! Arthur Bostrom, Vicki Michelle and Richard Gibson. Nina Myskow was on after Jasmine was evicted but removed herself from the Evictee q’s segment (With Luke Marsden and Liz McClarnon) as she didn’t get on well with Jasmine when they appeared on Trust Me I’m a Holiday Rep in 2005.
• Pub Quiz is back, also the Saturday episode musical outro’s. So far 2 80’s acts were on: Hue & Cry with ‘Labour of Love’ (1987), and ‘Tight Fit’ with their cover of ‘The Lion Sleeps Tonight’ (1982) with background Lion costume dancer. Cheryl was pretty funny in her post eviction episode (and eviction interview also) as well doing some beatboxing, talking about her ‘crunch’, 'Angelina phalanges', 'winky woo' and other names for things, how she thought Lorenzo might’ve been a 'plant' or had a shop up the road, etc.
• Some other guests included Angellica Bell, Carol McGiffen, Amy, Harry and Kirk from TOWIE, Luke A BB13, Cleo from CBB5 (we haven’t seen in a while), Karina Bryant Judo Bronze Medallist, Colleen’s sister and Julie’s Husband, Iain Lee etc.
