I have noticed them pronouncing it "neck-lace" whereas I have always pronounced it "neckliss". How did she say it?

This has really thrown me. Never would I have thought necklace was a word I could be pronouncing differently/incorrectly. I'm going to be asking everyone at work tomorrow now.
