It is unreasonable to get on someones back for expressing an opinion on a forum. It is also unreasonable to get on someone's case because they found a comment funny. Sorry, but is it hurting anyone? These people go on the show fully aware that people will judge them and potentially make fun of them. You are trying to make out that Mikkayla is a innocent, introvert, which is disingenuous to say the least.
I personally don't like Mikkayla. I find her to be self-righteous, egotistical and bratty. She spent a whole night crying about her weight and how she felt unattractive. Funnily enough she was as happy as can be as soon as she escaped the halfway house. Perhaps, I'm a little more critical than most. I don't like people who have a superiority complex. I don't like people who actively search for sympathy.
Also, you are clearly not familiar with logic. To make a personal attack against a poster because they don't share your opinion is more than a little ridiculous. You comments sound like they are coming from an irrational family member. So what is it? Are you Mikkayla's best friend or something. People who don't have a vested interest don't get as defensive as you are getting right now.
Do you think Mikkayla will come out of the house, read this thread and then cry herself to sleep every night? I don't think so. I don't particularly care either. She has put herself on national television and therefore she is fair game.
So instead of insulting people and personally attacking posters, how about you show some class and just keep quiet. You clearly have nothing of value to add.
I dispute Mikkayla's intelligence on the following grounds:
-She is a poor speaker.
-She is a teacher... The saying that those who cannot do, teach is something that I have found to be very true.
-She rarely seems to say anything of interest. Has she discussed any topic in depth? Has she shown a real understanding of any topic?
-Books. Hmm, here's an interesting point. Any idiot with a basic knowledge of the written word can read a book. Congratulations to her
-Did I mention that teaching requires one of the lowest entry scores at university. The only prerequisite being a pass mark in English. Also, she has openly admitted to disliking children. That rules out any chance that she is doing it because she has a passion for education. Perhaps it was the only course she could get in to.
-Let's be realistic for a second. What kind of person with a keen intellect would apply for Big Brother.
I dispute her likeability on the following grounds:
-She is vain and bossy.
-She has no confidence and very little self-esteem (I personally can't stand high maintenance people)
-She only feels good about herself if she feels like she's smarter than whoever she's around.
So, no, I don't like Mikkayla. Are you going to call me dumb? Are you going to get all passive aggressive with me. Are you going to be so ignorant and pigheaded to suggest that only your opinion is valid?
