2014 Schedule Changes

There is nothing in the GO! forward schedule that looks like it would be Big Brother - Wednesday has you guessed it Big Bang and Goldeneye.

Seriously Goldeneye? It didn't rate the first time, why would it the second time? God, Nine drives me up the wall. I seriously think they are the worst out of all the networks in Australia in treating their shows badly.

What in the utter hell?! Now we have to worry about flippin' cricket??!!

If they put Goldeneye on Go that week I'm going to ring Ch 9 and scream my head off. Who cares... I've called them enough times already this season and they haven't put an AVO out on me yet so I may as well keep going. That makes absolutely ZERO SENSE to screen that movie again when BB could be on.

You'd think they'd want to encourage people to spend $ voting. Absolute shit for brains, the lot of them.

Cricket will always be more important to Channel Nine than Big Brother. But hopefully they put Big Brother on GO like they did when the rugby was on Friday.

Yeah I understand cricket's more important. For sure. But I'm pretty sure it didn't mess with BB's scheduling last year. Just rugby. Oh and the wildfires in the Blue Mountains for those in NSW.

It's unusual to see Cricket this early. Last year was the Ashes that started late November when Big Brother had already finished for the season.

Ah ok so I'm not losing my mind lol. No wonder why we have a shorter season and all these stunts. They knew they had f'n cricket coming along with everything else that's already messed with BB aka The Block, rugby, Gotham, Kings Cross, Embassy, David Attenborough...

This season had no hope from the beginning.

I really wish they'd keep the middle of winter timeslot for BB. Perfect time, less shows where on then, no timezone conflicts on the eastern coast so everyone could vote at the same time and middle of winter is dreadfully painful with the options of shows on, that's when I want my BB!

Cricket is always on Fridays and Sundays - which is probably why they canned the Big Brother shows for those days

Edit: Just realised they canned Wednesdays show - maybe it's on after the cricket

I hear Big Brother will be bumped to GO across the country except WA on the Wednesday that has the cricket to air (November 5). The live cricket will be finished by the time BB normally airs in WA which is why it is on Nine over there.

"My my, what BIG ears you have !" ;)

I did mention that Nine's forward guides are unreliable! It almost seems like that put Goldeneye in the GO! schedule to get a reaction from the forum :).

(Cricket finishes at 7.30 in Perth)

Tuesday's live eviction will be 2 hours long not only this coming week (as @IRT5 mentioned) but also the week after (November 4). Times will still be 7:30-9:30 despite ticketbooth suggesting otherwise (now fixed for next week only).

The absense of a second live show leads me to believe nominations may be going back to 'daily show' mode. If so, yay!

This is incredible. Not in the good way either. I'm so confused from ch9's chopping and changing of the schedule it's hardly worth watching it on t.v. and watching it on the net, wherein it wouldn't get any ratings.

This is what i think about whenever someone mentions the Big Brother schedule. Exaggerated to illustrate.

Mondays the shows runs for 90min at 8:40pm with a catchup of the weekend due to absence of programs, Tuesdays show has a 60min running time at 8:40pm even though last week it was 90min this week it's 60 just because, Wednesday is another 60min show with double eviction at 9pm, double eviction 60min huh? you say, well whatever right? coz Thursdays show is a 90min show but this time on at 9pm with 50% being a recap of yesterdays show, Fridays show has a 30min running time on GO! at 8:30pm, No Saturday, No Sunday, No Mon...wait Monday has a 60min show this week for nominations, wait, nominations so late after eviction? but...nominations are supp...Tuesdays show is at 10pm with a 90min running time, why? dunno, Wednesdays show is an eviction show at 9pm for 90min before Thursdays show is another 90min show with intruders entering despite it being 65% this time filled with yesterdays recaps, Fridays show is a no show...

Ugh. It's such a fucking mess, A MESS I TELLS YA!

Today I was thinking about BB, how I used to feel.
Each Sunday when I thought about BB through the day, I was happy, looking forward to the eviction night.
Now, I can't remember when the eviction or nominations are. I don't look forward to any of the BB shows, because I don't know when they are on, and have to say I don't care anymore

I am working a four month stint on night shift and more often than not I have to leave for work before the evening's episode is finished. I can't record on my tv so have to watch the remaining portion online the following day. It's no use watching it on Go as it's in the middle of my sleep time. The irregular scheduling is very watcher unfriendly to put it mildly. Now that The Block is over, put it back into that timeslot and be done with it. Also, bring back Friday night games.

Wednesday 5 November BB on GO! 8.30- 9.30 except Perth where it is on 9 at 8.40

Friday 14 November has a One Day cricket match on Nine.

This is off topic, but it is hilarious so I'm posting it.
The giant bomb guys did a review of Don Bradman 2014 cricket that is hilarious because no one here understands the rules or the controls. Please note: these guys try to entertain, they are not attempting to show the game and all its controls to its best advantage. Though they do manage to show all the incredible possible customization with the game including pitching and catching. Maybe people who know the rules won't find it as funny, but I was laughing, so I hope you guys laugh as well.

If that link doesn't work it is also on YouTube for giant bomb.
