that looks like its 2001/2002 old judging by the greenery and roof tiles....

the 2nd one is from pre 2013, you can see the green showdown arena flooring has just been laid
 
The best chance for up to date overhead imagery of the house is through Nearmap - they update the Gold Coast region on average four times a year. But access is not free. A June 2014 flyover was posted into this thread a few pages back.
 
I knew straight away the really blurry one (the first one) was old - only one of the original BB eye's are still stuck to the roof - and it's extremely faded; same goes for the original BB logo. The Dreamworld logo looks like it's been ripped off too.

Quite funny. Was watching the post that they just put on Facebook. A number of people posting they've "heard it starts in September" and 10 minutes later the posts are gone. :p
 
100% those photos are old, they have to at least have the internal walls up by now.

HAHA at BB deleting peoples comments about a September start date. Why does it have to be a big bloody secret.... Oh and I love all the comments that are like "fuck the block I want BB"

Not to mention it's not even remotely anything new or to do with this year's house. There's literally no point in posting those photos.
