…that’s exactly what I thought… some of them could even be reproduced on a 3D printer if someone was skilled enough methinks!… so is AI’s concept of ‘impossible objects‘ purely based on ‘intricate visual patterns’ rather than actual solid objects?… here’s what it says on Wikipedia…

Maybe try asking for impossible optical illusions?

…well folks that was it… I loved some of them but not all of them… as I’ve said beforehand I post so many of the images the AI does on most images that I request because I like to see how far the AI develops its ideas… but sometimes it struggles and gets stuck in a rut and just does different variations of one of the images… so it does have its limitations… but it’s fun pushing its boundaries on some of the themes… I like to see it struggle… it must be because I like to think that it can’t beat the human mind when it comes down to imagination… I know that it sounds stupid but I do get get some satisfaction from thinking it… lol!… cheers.

…that’s a good idea timmy… I’m onto it as I write… it’s images of impossible optical illusions are… let’s say… different… I’ll post some results tomorrow… cheers.
 
…well… I typed in ‘impossible optical illusions’ as you suggested timmy but it just gave me this kind of stuff… not much to look at… quite boring really… the AI just can’t quite grasp the concept of what an optical illusion to the human eye is… it seems to think that dazzling the human eye with with bright colours or a myriad of bright black and white dazzling lines is what constitutes an optical illusion… in the next post I’ll show you what ‘impossible mc esher inspired optical illusion drawings’ produced… cheers.

…so… seeing that ‘impossible optical illusions’ didn’t really yield many good results I typed in ‘impossible MC Escher inspired optical illusion drawings’… it started to go in the right direction but was still so wrong in its idea of what an optical illusion was… they were kind of MC Escherish but still no good… here are some examples… in my next post I tried another method to try and ‘educate’ the AI… cheers.

…so now I’ve almost given up on this endeavour to educate the AI… but remember the wikipedia definition of an optical illusion that I posted a few posts back?.. it was… ‘An impossible object is a type of optical illusion that consists of a two-dimensional figure which is instantly and naturally understood as representing a projection of a three-dimensional object but cannot exist as a solid object’… well… I typed that in… and got these… cheers.

…they are all variations of each other… what fascination does the AI have with fucking cubes for fucks sake?… well… it beat me!… I give up!… I am finally over trying to educate the AI… I admit defeat lol!… I tried… believe me… I tried… cheers.
