Episode I’m a Celebrity 2026 - Episode Discussion

Tonights ep was the best so far. Got its groove back this week. Really liked the challenge, it was genuinely tricky. The chambers made the screams echo. Its less fun when they are all calm.

Its funny that everyone sorta sided with Cyrell and are all a bit pissy with Deni. Deni is trying to prove her worth with all the work, but it backfired with the loos, even more so because Cyrell was so vocal about it not needing to be done.
Rachel gave Deni NO sympathy, and also some terrible advice. Cant imagine Deni taking Nath aside and telling him to shut up, would go down well lol. But I think Rachel was right in asking why he triggers Deni so much, and how she can reflect on that. So I look forward to more of this drama.

I dont want to see the elephant graveyard again, I hope no one is sent back. Its better when they are all in camp. I miss the old endings when its live and they are being told whos up next. They do seem to be holding their energy quite well, some previous casts were already running out of steam by this point. George probably helped that, new blood, and contraband.

I learned couple of things tonight.
Firstly, Brandon fevolas daughter is more famous than Rachel Hunter.
Also, that clearly marcia doesn't know how to raise a human being.
That's it.
Actually it's funny you say that. I visited my grandma the other day and we were talking about I'm A Celebrity. I said "I don't know how Marcia Hines is so sweet and she raised such a nasty piece of work."
Grandma replied "It's the environment. Marcia grew up in a small town in America, Deni grew up in Sydney."
Very wise woman.

The ads are saying that it's in tonight's episode that someone walks.

Hoping so much that it's Deni.

But I have a feeling it'll be Barry. It's been well established now that the American celebrities are usually only contracted for the first two weeks, so it's either orchestrated so that they'll be first eliminated, or they walk. Tom Arnold, Typhphaanniii, the hag from the Bold and the Beautiful, Frankie Muniz, etc... IIRC only Maureen McCormack has ever past the first two weeks.

Maureen seemed to be the only one without an ego.

I know Frankie seemed nice etc, but the way he left, you knew his contract for the show was up & over & he wasn't spending another day with the plebs.

To be fair, Barry seems very down to Earth too, haven't seen any ego from him either. Must be art imitating life (the Brady actors really are as lovely as their on-screen counterparts... Except Susan Olson, she's a nutter...)

But we don't know what's happening behind the scenes. (Well, actually we do, the American guests are too expensive and the show can only afford them for a short time...)
