okay I have to be honest, I get really peeved when people say "this persons a threat so they need to be nominated' like I get it, kind of... If someone is threatening to win the game then it is implied that they are likely popular with the audience.

I get the surface level reasoning of just putting them up for that reason, but isn't it a bit redundant to put someone up when they're likely to be saved anyway? Why risk putting yourself up with them? I just find it funny is all.

someone in this forum (can't remember who soz) explained it well, it's just statistics. if they aren't up for the public vote then they can't be evicted. so it's still in their competitors interests to put them up as much as possible
