I am not making an assessment on that as only the person would know that. I am just telling you that a negative experience can be considered traumatic if a certain type
 
Trauma is incredibly subjective and based on individual experiences. There is no one single definition of trauma, it’s truly a terrible beast. It’s not up to anyone to be a judge on whether something is traumatic for someone or not. That’s up to them.

Hopefully Colin is then not safe from these nominations and the housemates put him up for eviction. It's time for him to be finally tested and see if he really is as popular with the public as this forum seem to think he is.

I just think that it’s utterly ridiculous that people have been complaining about this season being “boring” and “wanting something different” and then when something different is done it’s “no don’t do that it’s TrAuMa”

I was more so generalising. I think the surprise eviction overnight was great. I just wish they aired it on the livestream instead of being overtly protective of their ratings 🤣🤣

He might be unhappy with how he's been portrayed on the show. He might be unhappy with how he's been seen by his fellow housemates.

But what I can say with certainty: He won't have a huge media career, no matter how he was shown on TV. He might be able to start a social media career and reel him money from sponsorships, because people will follow him regardless of what was shown on Big Brother.

The only thing that would have changed his future is if he was sexist, racist, misogynous or anything like that... because then he would have trouble to secure sponsorships. But even in that case, he would still be able to turn his TV appearance into a career on Onlyfans. Lots of people that - unlike Vinnie - have been problematic on TV are doing just fine there.

So Vinnie will be fine with his fellow housemates and some of the viewers thinking that he's fake. It's really a non-issue.

They can hardly do a poll with only AEDT voters though. Bit unfair to everyone else. I reckon it'll be in-house voting to evict.

You brought up the term trauma. It could be traumatic depending on the person. I just think it's a shit act and they should've been more thoughtful and considered how kicking a dog while they're down might effect somebody. Yeah, it's a reality show and the producers have a duty of care.
