There's been an interesting incident on the Dutch version, which has a top prize of almost 9 million AUD. Somebody pressed the button quite early on to accept a very low 6-digit deal and immediately said that he didn't want to press it. The independent adjudicator then ruled that he pressed the button, so he can't revert his decision.

Caused a huge legal drama, since the adjudicator distributed the cases and knew that the guy had the top prize in his case (plus, the game is tied to a lottery and one at-home viewer always wins the same amount). But the guy lost his court cases against the show.

Damn. That’s crazy
