Live stream chit chat

I have been close to tapping out for the season a few times but I want to see how the eviction on Sunday goes. If the rumors of producers trying to protect Holly are true, then next season will be very heavily scrutinised for signs of a repeat occurrence.

I love the show, I want to see it do well, but Big Brother isn't supposed to be Love Island, or some other dating show, nor is it supposed to put so much of its focus on one or two specific individuals from start to finish.

They do this kind of crap again next year and no guarantees I'll keep watching. Criticise me if you want, but for lack of better words, I'm sick of the bullshit.

I think many people on the forum would agree with you on a number of the points you've raised. I'm certainly one of them.
I'm only sticking this series out because it's only got a week and a bit to go, but it is getting harder and harder every day to see it through.
If they do pull a lot of the same shit next year, I won't be watching.

my spider senses tingled as soon as the host commented on Holly looking fabulous in a pair of pants and then name dropping the exact fashion house they were from like production had hooked her up with the outfit - and now w the sudden “walkout” and all the positive editing of Colin, it really makes me feel like the show has taken a bad faith turn, the people in the house with interesting lives and stories are one aspect - but also the fun is just gone now, because i’m noticing more about the production being touchy and housemates on eggshells than challenges - the contestants have gotten away with so much this season it takes so much energy out of the spirit of things

They didn't air any of the footage from last week's nominees dinner, so maybe they decided it's not worth it? It was a bit of a weird novelty.
I got the impression the producers weren't really happy with how last week's went.
You heard BB prompt them on discussion topics, but then Mia and Jane would just go off on tangents. I heard BB on a couple of occasions say words to the effect, "Not really the conversation we're looking for." The fact that they didn't even bother to show any of it on last Sunday's daily show further confirmed for me that they weren't happy with it, so maybe they just didn't want to bother trying again this week.

I love seeing them try out airing everything live again, but I don't think this can even be considered a 24/7 live broadcast atp. It is a gross excuse of one, with how often it is being muted and how much longer we hover on fish cam and such. It becomes frustrating to watch and if that is done on purpose then it's even worse. I'm sorely disappointed with whoever has been making the decisions the last 2 days on censoring the live.

It's also possible they just ran out of budget for novelty costumes. The props team did a good job on the hotel task, meanwhile this Christmas setup is just tacky Kmart tinsel and wrapping paper.

On this note, I would pay for special BB stream on Paramount if I could pick my cameras and it wasn’t muted/fish cammed. Like whatever Stan was trying to do for the Olympics.
