I can't provide a transcript at the moment, but when they were all justifying their shitty behaviour and she's trying to downplay her role in it. They mentioned that they decided the luxury budget should go to the staff. She then said something about Holly and Bruce being less deserving for that benefit because they broke and ate.

So in other words, the people that were pushed to breaking point, should suffer more.
