Episode Day 17 Daily Show - 25/11/2025

I really really enjoyed this episode! Love the task(s) and the copyright ambiguous White Lotus music they used in the background was GOLD. Felt like production showed a very good attention to detail with the props and setting.

Once again the "Hollin" (Colly?) stuff gives me the major ick, she is SO FAKE and absolutely using him and I hate it.

But my comment was never about saying she had sleep apnea. I just said I did and my experience. Then you had a go at me for diagnosing her when I wasn't. Lol.

They were all cracking. Ed had an intervention about food waste. Eventually Bruce cracked it at Coner for removing the vent grate. Last straw. There's some confusion on here that he threw it at Conor, but he didn't. Holly and Bruce rebelled and ate the guests tim tams and had coffee. Coco wouldn't because she wanted to be a role model for her kids. Ed was no where to be seen. This seemed to have some sort of reset on the task and changing of the rules, everything smoothed over. Colin got pissed at Holly for breaking the task rules and apparently have been jealous about Holly and Bruce spending a lot of time with her. They then had a beef. Tonight Ed and Bruce had an intervention with Holly about Colin, Great viewing.

I didn't have a go at you. I was having a discussion with you and explaining my reasoning why we can't judge her actions based on sleep apnea because we don't know if she has it. And you didn't just relay your personal experience. You said you doubted that BB would screen for sleep apnea and that she might be undiagnosed. I was responding to that. We can make all kinds of assumptions about every housemate and their behaviour based on speculation, and you do have a point that's part of the fun of these forums, but the other side of that is that people will disagree with you. I'm just disagreeing that her sleeping can be explained by a medical condition when there's no evidence that she has it, and when she's said herself that she just loves to sleep. I'll take her word for it.

There's no way they won't butcher it tomorrow. They'll start the episode on them slowly getting up and having breakfast. Waste the first couple of segments on nothing happening. Then rush everything. Probably remove some major things.

According to the fan diary Holly got some quite good advice from Ed (of all people) and has decided to have a "we need to talk" conversation with Colin tomorrow morning. Which means this ridiculous showmance should be over on Thursday's show.

And you're not qualified to be making those opinions, even if you have sleep apnea yourself. It's a presumption on your part. The armchair diagnoses are a joke and even if they are accurate they do not justify the behaviour of the individual (and I'm not limiting that to Abiola). That goes for neurodivergence too. IT IS NOT A CRUTCH.

I'm an equal opportunity hater. Hoggy is a bitch cunt, and so yet so is Bruce, and so is Colon, and so is Conor. Gender is irrelevant. Vince is a whore (and I love that for me).

Chill the fuck down. One doesn't need to be "qualified" to "make" an opinion. I do not have sleep apnea. And this is not reddit, btw. Abiola not having sleep apnea is an assumption on your part. Half a dozen people have mentioned they think she likely has it. Wonder why that is.

Meanwhile, your erudite opinion seems to be encapsulated here: "Abiola, you would have melted down in the first hour you lazy toad." Charming.

Rule of thumb in life, don't presume people's medical history. It's tasteless. I didn't suggest in either direction, and I'm certainly not gross enough to push the narrative that she might have something that none of us are qualified to diagnose.
