If for some reason we don't get a 2026 season, Michael would be part to blame on that.

I think 2026 is likely to still happen at this stage, but beyond that is a definite unknown factor. But if the ratings crash in the next two weeks, I might revisit this comment.

Can someone clarify something for me, please? It's probably a stupid question but I'm not Australian.

I know the Fan Diary is in AEDT, but does the actual Big Brother House operate in AEST like the rest of the Gold Coast?

What I mean is, if something happens at 10:00am AEDT as logged in the Fan Diary, would it be timestamped as "10:00am" on the show, or "9:00am"?

The timestamps on the show are local time, which is one hour behind AEDT.

e.g. on the eviction episode, housemates waking up on Day 6 was stamped with 7:33 AM on the TV show, whereas the fan diary has it as 8:38 AM.
