Unfortunately I still live with my parents. I do pay a board. (Way cheaper than what the market is)

I do enjoy things but I can also be frugal at times. I have a good amount of money in savings (not millionaire level but good for my current situation)

Would love to live on my own (or alternatively in a sharehouse or with a future girlfriend) but it is clearly a seller's market and will be for ages.
