I think Conor is wrong. a 12 on 1 conversation just makes Holly dig his heels in. She's in desperate need of a 1 on 1 with Allana.

She's had one on ones with a few housemates now and she's acted the same defensive 'none of this is my fault!' way in all of them, so the size of the group in the conversation is irrelevant

It seems like one on one's and group interventions don't work with this person. She just does not get it. Words are not registering. The lights are on but nobody's home.

It works for him, and for things like " youre too bossy in the kitchen". Not for "we don't like this fundemental part of your personality".

Conner is very much of the view there is one correct opinion to have. He can't explain it, but you're wrong. If you don't accept what he thinks you're wrong. Use the group and others agreeing with him to justify his opinion, thought, and understanding is correct. Very intolerate that people can have different opinions.

But she had been told about the issues in private. Made an effort to express it to the group. Apologise for it. No one listened. Then she got chewed out for it.

Except Belinda was bullied and treated terribly, ironically by a HM (Carlo) who ended up being a teacher and is now married with kids. I hope with maturity - and for the sake of his children and students - he's learned to do better. Holly is just a princess who can't see beyond the tip of her nose.
