Seems park visitors have already been chatting to the HMs today if you take everything you read online to be true.

It's probably more yelling to the HMs than having an actual chat with them. With the Tailspin being a carousel, I don't see how one would keep the conversation going with the planes moving up and down/to and from the house.

Yelling from the wall would probably be more effective, even though you won't be able to see each other.

Yeah that bedroom is way too big, some space could have been better used to work shop the diary room entrance and give it a proper airlock, especially since it is adjacent to the fucking bedroom.

Not that I necessarily believe we'll get more than 13 housemates, and theres 12 beds + one double bed which makes 13 sleeping spots....

However the sofa in the Bedroom is actually a sofa bed which feels like an interesting but intentional choice

I do love the random white poles in the yard (the former red poles as part of the sail supports for the Exhibition Centre entrance) which have now been painted. Surely they could have done something to them to make them look less like an obstacle they had in the way?

Looking at it now, the Bedroom is way too unnecessarily large. There is no need for a bedroom of this size. You could have cut it in half and used the funds from that to build a bloody lounge ceiling.

Absolutely - way too big just like the UK version. The lounge seems to have too many areas too - think they're trying to make up for how tiny the backyard is. If they've got an "eviction room" too they certainly should have built some kind of set in the Exhibition Centre as well - even if it wasn't much bigger than the outdoor set up it would at least look more professional.

I would assume that the bathroom is tied to existing plumbing, which could inform the bedroom size...

Also whilst you do need areas for the HMs to break away from each other to have a good bitch or get steamy you don't want the bedroom to be so luxurious they're off to bed at 11pm every night.

They can just use the bedroom as the studio when the next storm hits the Gold Coast and they can't interrupt the live shows.

A "special eviction" from insider the house. Even just building a basic set where Mel and an evictee could sit would have been wise just to have as a back up.
