"Welcome to Big Brother, eviction number one! Coming to you live from a broom cupboard at Dreamworld! Please welcome your host, Mel Tracina!"Who's to stay it still won't... they have Monday, Wednesday and next Sunday as live events... all of which are currently predicted to receive the same or similar amounts of rain.
How much more expensive would it have been to buy a prefabricated colourbond steel warehouse, plot it on the empty space south of the house, and just use the exhibition centre for its ACTUAL purpose..There mustn’t have been anyone from the GC who was part of this planning process. This was an inevitability. Not to continue the negativity train but any Queenslander could’ve seen this coming.
Let’s budget for a roof next year yeah?

I know you don't mean this the way it sounds but I really think people need to stop with these sorts of comments. I've seen a couple like it in this thread already. There mustn’t have been anyone from the GC who was part of this planning process. This was an inevitability.
Imagine if Gretel was still hosting, the comments that would be made"Welcome to Big Brother, eviction number one! Coming to you live from a broom cupboard at Dreamworld! Please welcome your host, Mel Tracina!"
keep smoking that copium, doll xMeans nothing.
How are the prizes, how many tickets for a plush toy?Everyone is in the games room... like Timezone but they've made everything free haha
Good way to keep as many people there as possible. Feels like the sort of thing where once a few people start to leave, it would slowly snowball...Everyone is in the games room... like Timezone but they've made everything free haha
I completely respect how much effort goes into a production like this and I'm sure there were talented people involved. I just can’t get past the idea to do the live shows outdoors during storm season. It just seems like we’re in an avoidable situation. Maybe it wasn’t, I don’t know the ins and outs of the production. Guess I’m just disappointed that this is most likely going to happen at a few live shows this season.I know you don't mean this the way it sounds but I really think people need to stop with these sorts of comments. I've seen a couple like it in this thread already.
This is a multimillion dollar project with very experienced involvement, on multiple levels... yes, inconveniences and disruptions occur, yes this definitely isn't ideal at all. But shit happens all the time on any live production, whether it be television or theatre. To not give them that credit is eye-roll worthy, and kinda insulting to those of us who know (or have been part of) what actually goes into it.
Ah this would be the housemate they meant about taking a risk on I’d imagine.Housemate Colin is great he’s a character and there is one I can’t remember his name but he has Tourette’s
he looked kinda hot in the pic, but if he's the sexist one then eekHousemate Colin is great he’s a character
Uh-oh...30 minute wait now
If I'm not mistaken, they implied that person's views (i.e. far right or left wing, etc) may be the reason for that. Referring to someone with a disorder as a "risk" is bit NQR.Ah this would be the housemate they meant about taking a risk on I’d imagine.
