The scooters were shit prizes though.

The scooters were shit prizes though.
Totally, I get that. But they’re also being hypocritical, and some of the language being used by a couple of them in the chat is just as bad, which is in turn encouraging other viewers to do the same (and it’s not being called out by the BB social team).Emma treated them very poorly though. I’m not surprised they still have feelings about that. It’s like the popular girl at school who thought others were beneath her. It was a hard watch at the time with the cool kids vs. the nerds.
It's the sense of entitlement. The scooters were shit prizes though.![]()
The funny thing is, during the 2006 streams, chat was constantly mocking Karen because didn't get a car after having said that she was only there for the prizes/money. Now a ex-HM in 2007 literally says the same thing in chat and they just continue to blow smoke up her ass. It's the sense of entitlement.
Apparently she had never watched the show or knew anything about it. But then somehow still knew they previously got cars.In S6 the first few evictees didn't even get a scooter did they? So if they'd been paying attention they should have realised the cars were no longer guaranteed.
Hmm. I mean, to an extent. I think especially at this stage they’d come a long way since 2001, it’s not implausible to believe that (as long they weren’t gonna go batshit crazy*) they’d be unethethical by going ahead and put someone in who was teetering on the edge, purely for sadistic entertainment. After all, it is a reality television show.
I actually back this statement in. From what I've heard, a lot of these "psych tests" aren't necessarily about "passing" or "failing". Sure there's a level of psychological risk they won't take, but a lot of the time they're looking for people who are riiiiiiight on the border of failing.
Either her personality changed a bit as she aged (my sister for instance was a very naive, chill person 20 years ago, and now she's more assertive), or in the house she was not being her true self. Both can be true at the same time.I really like watching Susannah and have always said this even if not a widely held opinion, but the bits I saw of her in the chat she seemed really annoying? But maybe just some jokes didn’t translate well in text or people asked her silly questions. Her vibe seemed quite off.
Agreed, look at Racheal from 2005. She should have never been allowed in that houseI actually back this statement in. Anyway, I still like her. She was adorable.
Love how this cast are giving in the chat. Think it's all with a healthy bit of humour too.Susannah in the chat: “I watch this and I'm getting fired up but then i remember it was EIGHTEEN YEARS AGO CHILL SUSIE”
Laura: “Yeah we've all grown up since then, but it's crazy watching this back as it brings back beef. It’s hard to describe”
TJ: “Not me lol LONG LIVE the beef! haha jks […] time for me to bail to bed BB fam - but one last thing before I go..... FUCK EMMA #longlivethebeef”
Classy.

Yes, the only thing I remember about her is her dad dying. Maybe more happened post-show than within it.The only thing I remember about Emma is that she seemed to have a sour look on her face all the time. But I don't think she did anything that would still have some of her fellow housemates seething with hatred eighteen years later.
