Eh, I’m okay with them calling it season 1 anyway tbh. Simply because it’s ten and nobody else.

Yeah I think that's the best way forward from here to avoid any confusion.
We need more people watching Ten between 7pm-9pm most nights. I feel like they’re definitely going to just be dropping promos now.
Surely television isn't the main place they promote shows now. If Big Brother is only promoted on 10 it's already screwed.
Well, we’ve spotted (and captured) 3 different teasers that only aired once or twice on Ten during prime time in the last few weeks - and none were officially uploaded by BB or Ten, nor seen online at all since. So, yes.
Honestly, would not be surprised. We’re 4 weeks away.

It’s said to run for 15 episodes. So it should wrap up on Monday the 20th of October.

My suggestion for the new seasons is any fines should only be taken off the individual players, not the total prize money for everyone.

Let’s not and say we did. This series should be a hard reset and stick to the basic core format with maybe a mid season twist.

Fingers crossed tonight we'll see a new promo, we should be a month out from launch, meaning housemates will be put into lockdown in the next 3 weeks or so.
The lockdown week was when they would ramp up the promos so as not to spoil anything for the housemates. In 07 they did this, and as a result, we all knew the "secrets" I.e. no prize money etc before Launch Night. However, the housemates didn't have a clue. Resulting in the launch night being a bit underwhelming (IMO)
But that was under the Kris Noble reign.
So perhaps we may just see what we've already been seeing, sweeping audience shots, previous housemates, but with countdowns like "2 weeks to go..." with the theme music, etc.
Still unsure as to how they'll brand this season though, either as BB09, BB13, BB25 or just BB. But excited nonetheless.

My gut is we're probably 5 weeks away. I doubt the lock down period will be very long this time - if it's back to basics there isn't much to keep from the HMs.
Did Ten even used to release house pics pre-season - my memory is it wasn't usually revealed till the launch.

I don't think they released any details of the house until the launch, IIRC the channel 9 version utilised their socials to show close ups of different areas of the house. So we might see the same for this season. Who knows anymore, I just want it to start
