Without a doubt, of those, it’s definitely 2005 - which was all but pushed by the producers in a multitude of ways. To an extent, 2006 too. The latter brings back memories of Dino/Danielle and Jamie/Katie in bed…
However, were there not rumours of actual sexual intercourse and…other things…happening in 2007 and one or two of the Nine seasons because they knew it would never see the light of the day? (The infamous “TJ BJ” comes to mind.) I’m pretty sure HMs from those years have suggested as much since leaving, especially stories from (I think) 2013.

One thing Uncut/Adults only I remember from BB08 Big Mouth was a whole segment about Rhianna and Rory in that big communal bed and Rhianna having to go and wash her hands afterwards lol (you get the picture). BB05 by a ways though, It was the season that had a lot of controversy in the media about what they showed on Uncut.
It's funny, I thought of this topic tonight while a family member was watching Aussie Shore. I could hear some of it in the background and, quite frankly, the sexual antics and language on it were considerably worse than most of what was shown on Uncut imo. The nudity would be a separate discussion, sure, but based on what this Aussie Shore had in just one ep (and, no doubt, so many other trashy reality shows out there... let alone MAFS and Real Housewives that promote fights and brawls etc), it's shocking they came after Big Brother the way they did... and still do...

Additionally, I stand by the “TJ BJ” from 2007 happening (which was mentioned by a HM after the fact) because hilariously Mike’s narration in the Daily Show on the morning after says something like: “Last night TJ and Bodie slept top-to-tail”. So I think it was the producers way of subtly confirming something happened with no Uncut that year.

Season 2 is pretty boring and seems like the least sexual but it’s the only one I’m aware of with confirmed intercourse occurring, according to Jess herself. But I feel like this wasn’t well documented at the time.
Someone (maybe Susannah?) said that Hayley and Andrew had sex which makes sense.
I’m not sure about Ed and Jade but Tully and Drew did.
Despite all of this the resounding answer remains 05 to me.
