I stand corrected. Thank you.Incorrect. The original (2000 - 2004) house was NOT built on a soundstage. It was a couple of double wide trailers in a parking lot. Said parking lot was later the site of a new office building and BB was moved to the studio that housed Yes, Dear.

The logo is definitely superimposed, you can see it move a couple frames of its anchor point, (if that's the right terminology? Also looking at satellite imagery I’m convinced they superimposed the BB eye onto the existing solar panels of that structure. Probably just a nod to that being the general area the show will be filmed.

Yep that's the exhibition centreSo is this the inside of the building they teased earlier?
Not to mention the floor would need to be raised to allow for plumbing and such. There’s not even a space around the facility to extend a garden or outdoor space into.I guess being a shorter series, the lack of vitamin D won't be too much of an issue. But surely some sort of natural sun light would be needed? Are we sure this isn't just the eviction stage being built? I know they said "house" but we know how secretive they can be.
Tongue in cheek post
What about an underground house
No noise to disturb - No spying... no Escape
No worries of Skin cancer from lazing in the sun
And don't forget, there is a big island in the middle of a lake inside the park (not serious - its too small and would destroy too much vegetation)

I think they will be moving the demountables at the northern end and build a garden out there. Regarding visibility of the park rides, they could build walls high enough that curve inward in to prevent sound and visibility. Not to mention the floor would need to be raised to allow for plumbing and such. I’m sure further updates will come through pretty rapidly now. Just seems weird to have that huge dirt lot sit empty when it’s the perfect spot to build a big brother house.I think they will be moving the demountables at the northern end and build a garden out there. Well I get it's ultimately much cheaper to retrofit an existing building but out of all of Australia I struggle to believe under a roller coaster in an open theme park was the best option.
Seven may have scrimped on the finishing touches, like a ceiling and mirrors, but both their houses utilised their setting well and the first especially really ticked the "cut off from the outside world" box.

Dreamworld would have been footing some of the bill as well in exchange for the amount of advertising the park receivesI really didn’t see 10 and the production company funding a completely new dwelling.

Surely a cement pad, 4 walls, and a roof couldn’t be THAT expensive to build. It’s also not as if Dreamworld didn’t find a use for the previous house during the first hiatus. I believe it was mentioned that once the set was struck it was being used as a storage facility.Dreamworld would have been footing some of the bill as well in exchange for the amount of advertising the park receives
