I have only ever watched Australian Survivor and Survivor US so I do not know the other 4 people, but from the World Tribe I am rooting for Parvati and/or Cirie. Parvati already has a win under her belt and this is Cirie's 5th season of Survivor and she's going to be on US Season 50 in February next year so I am more than okay rooting for Aussies! Shonee has my heart but I am super excited to watch Sarah again!

…haha!… I came soooo close to having a #7 in the Poll which said…”Shonee… of course just for Zcsund to vote for because he adores her so much”… sooooo close!…(now I wish that I did it just for the shit stir value alone lol!)… cheers.

  • Parvati has a connection to David through DONDI.
  • Lisa - I have never seen Survivor NZ but I have heard she is impressive, and she is a survivor fan who would probably know all of the others games. She talked about Cirie on her season, so I am sure she will be down to make an alliance with her.
  • Parvati and Cirie have worked together well before so they would again
  • Tony is high variance but has won twice!

This reddit post links an article claiming that a live reunion is happening.

Really strange considering this information is coming to light post the JLP saga, I’ll be impressed if all international alumni will be present. I do hope this means a return to live reunions permanently.

Maybe without JLP on payroll there’s more cash to throw at a live finale?

Edit: I see now it is referring to the 2026 season which is currently filming. A HUGE slap in the face to JLP. A different location in Samoa isn't really worth much but it's something. Fewer non eliminations is a bit of a reach as the latest few seasons have only had 2-3 (and in the case of HvV and BvB2 they only had more due to medevacs) but this may indicate 24 episode seasons are finished.

Eeew, that advert with George in his Aussie budgie smuggler's is enough to stop me looking at this.
How many more programs is he going to show up in after a million appearances in survivor.
I saw him on Dogs Behaving Badly and I can't remember the other reality show, he's everywhere!
 
Yes, not that bothered about this at all. King George yet again is off putting
although he is reportedly an early boot
and the JLP situation leaves a sour taste which means no interested in job stealing Dave either. Plus I don't give a shit about the US version so no interest there.
 
I'm pulling for one of Rob-Lisa-Tommi-Kass to win TBH even though it's very unlikely. I think an Aussie will win, I'd prefer if it was Janine, Sarah or Shonee but Luke definitely has a shot as well. I think Parvati is probably the most likely to go the furthest out of the Americans, Cirie is even more of a challenge liability on the Aus version and Tony is the biggest threat of anyone.

Was just coming to post the same thing - my partner and I were over there for other stuff today and came across it. Couple cool freebies (buff, poster, slide puzzle). Loved it.

Rob Bentle was an amazing survivor player in South African season.
I'm also very looking forward to this new kind of format - I wonder what the payoff will be?

I do have a sneaking suspicion that David might win this - I saw an article on our favourite rag news.com.au which expressed an opinion that the Shonster had, that David hadn't shared that he'd just won those millions $$$ on that 'Deal or No Deal' show. And was like you could share a little bit of your winnings with us. Did you see that article?
