Boys won 5 stars to 3. The last meal was for 4 stars (2 stars per celebrity) and came down to Harrison opening his mouth just before he spewed.

Well, for the final dish, they needed to freeze-frame the footage to make sure Harrison showed an empty mouth before he vomited. His opening his mouth made him want to vomit. Still wouldn't call that a controversy, though, just a photo finish.
