We quite often see casting calls now in the UK for a "possible future series" but not unusual at all for calls to be put out for shows that are never made. Frankly nowadays they just scout from a generic pool of wannabees anyway - the casting calls are just lip service to put a couple of fans in too.

Ah. bigbrothercasting.com.au is redirecting to https://eu.castitreach.com/a/esgau/bigbrothers4/paused - ie the casting page for the season that just ended. Changing it to s5 shows that the page doesn't even exist, so it's not just that they forgot to update where the domain redirects to.

They just couldn't be fucked removing it from the show.
