Interestingly, he doesn't confirm where and how that money was actually spent?
Not good, but there's no choice.
It's a prime example of why restrictions need to be harsher than needed. People do the wrong thing. This is entirely because those removalists didn't follow the rules.
I wonder what else they were doing here which is leading them to not be cooperative.
I actually kind of agree with this. If they gave money to Victoria, there would be no difference in the voting. Victoria is generally far left in the metropolitan areas so there would be no benefit.

The federal government should govern for all though, not just to who will vote for them.

Not necessarily. People who have Asthma for instance were not considered high risk according to the powers that be, but if anyone who has asthma gets covid they are not going to be dealing with the disease too well.
Were they not? I think the term “mild-moderate” asthmatics was used in the vaccine rollout and they excluded them. Those with serious asthma though I assume could get the vaccine under Phase 1B. Based on that, I guess asthma is rated on severity.
Yes they specifically left those with mild or moderate asthma off the list initally as they were deemed not a risk by someone. However I still question considering it is a respratory illness that this would not be a great illness for anyone with asthma to get. I believe the main reason they would have been left off the priority list is because it is such a common illness that it would have overewhelmed the stage 1 and 2 levels.
Premiers are pushing for 80%+ from what I heard which will likely not happen.

We are currently at 2.3 million fully vaccinated, and nearly 7million with 1 dose. A lot of those 1 dose will be getting thier second dose in the next few weeks so we should be up to 10 million fully vaccinated by early to mid August I reakon.
Yeah. I know a few people who got the first dose but won’t get the second because of the side effects experienced from the first. I wonder how many people are like that.

10 million fully vaccinated is a good number.
Once the Pfizer vaccines come in, I would assume the numbers getting vaccinated would increase dramatically and pretty quickly.
I don’t see the borders opening until after the next Federal election, due sometime before May 2022. The LNP won’t risk it.
