I was banned from Aldi for a day because my 28 yo son was with me when I was buying alcohol and he didn’t have ID. I said a few things to the register person who said I was not to come back for 24 hours. I wrote a song about it which is a huge hit at parties. A

Yeah , I thought the girl at the reg wanted to check his name address etc. i Spoke to the manager a week later who said if they look under 30 they ask as Aldi gets a lot of pressure from the regulators.
