Wasn't only those posts though. Also in this thread and some other threads. Talking more so about the past week or so and I'm A Celebrity was over by then.

I accept your apology as I believe you are saying that you didn't do it out of dislike.
 
The like button can also just be a like button. I like what someone said or agree with the comment or simply acknowledge the comment with a like. Sometimes the conversation has moved on particularly in live viewing threads so the like function is very useful especially if you are reading the comments at a later time because you recorded the show or live in a non eastern state.

I think I’ve only liked posts about Mr Sticky being back in the last week or so or when people are responding to me??? Now I’m paranoid
 
i wonder if inigo appearing out of thin air was just a coincidence (she happened to visit the forums last night) or she's been watching this thread and taking note of the bad stuff i've said about her. then she'll use these notes to try and destroy me.

i hope it's the first.

Which is fine if you are near by in the the thread to be continuing the conversation but sometimes when I am reading something the thread had three more pages or more of posts so it seems strange to reply to something when the conversation may have clearly moved on so I will press like. If i read the next three pages and it seems ok to reply then I will. Its about context sometimes. Thats why I like the like button sometimes.
 
the good thing about this thread is that i talk about the same subjects which means that posts from even months ago are still relevant.

other threads are a different story.........

lol very true :)

It is difficult sometimes though cos sometimes you don't realise you have liked a post that can end up being a post that starts a disagreement and you can look like you are inadvertantly"taking sides". Then I feel bad cos I didn't want anyone to feel like I was taking sides in an argument that did not involve me and I don't know what to do then!

arggghh the politics of forum life lol
