Episode I'm A Celebrity! AU (2019) - Episode Discussion

People on Facebook were calling Sam a traitor.

So it could be him.

Hope it's between Natasha, Angie & Richard.

Sorry haters ( 😉 ), but Justin was fantastic tonight. Giving his best in the trial, and immediately bonding with Shane despite having no idea who he was. Proving he is a team player by patiently talking Shane through it, and generally laughing and smiling around camp. All this, plus underwear.

@Meglos

Justin was great again tonight, it would be difficult to tell someone where to find the stars etc, plus he told Shane how to get the stars.

What a shock. NOT, that some of the things Shane is 'scared' of was in the trial.

Getting peed off with Julia making fun of Justin etc. Getting peed off with the lame jokes Julia & Chris are doing.

The jokes aren't funny any more.

I would totally lie on the application. Like, I'm scared of marshmallows, and shampoo, and kittens.
They'd probably send in a huge lion and those hideous Peeps. Have you ever eaten them? Yuck. I'd be worried if, when the evening meal arrived, that there'd be loads of coriander. It's the devil's weed.

I just googled peeps, they look like a choking hazard.
Americans have some weird food. Someone sent me some salty taffy once. But I sent her vegemite, haha.

I've received salty taffy too. Erk. I don't like caramel either so anything in that caramel/toffee grouping isn't nice, except peanut brittle. Vegemite is God's own food.

Vegemite is lovely, but I warned her not to eat it with a spoon like some people do with peanut butter or nutella, that would not be good, lol.

I eat it like that, but 57 years of experience are in my favour, lol.

Most things are better in moderation. I hate it when I go to Subway or somewhere and they don't know how to do "a little bit" of sauce/dressing. They splurge half a bottle on it, then follow it up by assuming you want sklt & pepper, which I don't.

Give me white pepper too, not cracked.

Yes, people always assume salt & pepper go together, but sometimes I just want pepper, most things are already salty enough.

I also prefer salad (like lettuce & tomato) to be fresh, not drenched in salad dressing. Or worse, vingear (my parents make cucumber salad with vinegar, my god I hate it).

(Sorry for turning this into an off-topic food chat, back to eating bugs).

Moreton Bay bugs, yes, I'll them until I look like them.
I make a salad dressing/mayo that isn't as sweet as the bought ones. My mother makes it as do many other people of a certain vintage. I think it did the rounds of our church women's fellowships, back in the day. Never drown a salad. Have the dressing on the side for individual tastes.
