...I may have caught a bug from my son-in-law on the weekend during our fishing trip kxk... I have rotten sinus type headaches... feel spewey (haven't done it as of yet) and have a touch of gastro to boot... I'm keeping up the fluids but cannot take any flu tablets because of the tablets I take since my last stroke so I have to 'tough it out' as my Doctor informed me... so as I said... I'm struggling tonight... cheers.
 
...those monkeys at the beginning were probably telling the 'celebs' to amp up the entertainment because hey are coming across as being a tag bit boring most likely... cheers.
 
You should really check out Astra Forte, natural flu treatment, chinese, I swear by it. I cannot tolerate ordinary flu stuff

...oh okay... thanks for that kxk... is it Herbal?... I'll be going to my Doctor's tomorrow so I'll ask her if I'm allowed to take it... I'm under strict instructions not to take any other tablets except my prescribed tablets up until now but I will ask her regardless... thanks for the information sweet lady... cheers.
