...I agree... they are aren't they?... this show is lacking in pace and to be honest... I'm finding the judges as flat and as boring as batshit... there seems to be too many parts of the show where there are 'quiet' moments which is not good for TV... but!... I do find that in general that the families themselves are carrying the show so far until of course the Producers and editors single out one or two of them to be cast as the 'villains' of course lol!... it's then that the show goes to total shit lol!... cheers.
...well I'm quite surprised by this so far... there has been no bitching or back biting between the contestants so far which is quite refreshing although... it still is only the first show lol!... cheers.
...bloody hell... some of that food looks amazing!... I'm so glad that we don't have 'smell-o-vision'... I would be starving to death right now lol!... cheers.
...aw crap!... they just lost me there when they got the families to do the hysterical 'hero worship' routine with the outrageous cheering and clapping as if they all knew who the judges were... I hate that shit!... that's one point against them for that shit from me... cheers.
...well... the Shahrouk sisters have nailed it so far... they have such infectious laughs and happiness about them don't they?... I really like these girls... cheers.

...I agree with you Meglos... the Shahrouk sisters and Nguyan family are my favoutites as I said before and the Butlers are growing on me and I must say... having no 'villains' on the show is actually making me liking this show for that reason alone... the question is though... how long is that going to last?... lol!... cheers.

...well... much to my surprise I made it to the end... and... I actually liked the show... especially with the fact that it's a Channel 9 show... that shocks me... whether I'll watch any more further episodes I sort of doubt it... it doesn't have enough 'vavoom' for me... I may risk watching an episode here and there if nothing else is on but I doubt it... I just hate Channel 9 so much!... the one outstanding asset of the show is the lack of 'villains'... all of the families are quite nice... some more so than others but overall... quite pleasant viewing all the way through the entire show and that's quite rare in Reality shows... just a tad bit flat in places though... anyhow... that's me done for tonight... I'm out... cheers.

Oh man, flicked between The Wall tonight, and Family Food Thing and both were bad. Hayden as a judge the only vaguely redeeming quality of either. The Wall though, beyond terrible. Will watch anything else on offer next time, even infomercials.

...hey all... I wasn't intending to be a 'Live' poster each and EVERY night on this thread but I was looking at the TV shows that are on for tonight and noticed that there are very slim pickings being broadcasted... although I did realise that some shows that I usually tape while our mainstay shows are on are playing tonight... if you feel like joining me I'll watch them and comment on them 'Live' alongside the rest of you if you wish for a change... they are a total change of pace from what we usually comment 'Live' on but what the hell eh?... the shows are...
...they all run consecutively... the third one is new and I don't have any idea whether it is a documentary or a new Aussie Drama or whatever but I thought that I would give it a peek regardless... as I've been saying... I'll give any show a go at least once... as I also say... I usually tape these shows and watch them later but if you lovely peoples are up for it just slide into the thread and join me... if nobody turns up no worries I'll just stop posting and will watch them anyway lol!... that's the good thing about this thread... you don't HAVE TO participate if you're not up for it lol!... if anybody sees a better screening option elsewhere let us know and we may slide over there with you instead if any of the shows above become a tad bit boring for us because I'll be taping my shows regardless so I can do what I usually do... watch them later...

Sorry I am out tonight, friend is in town for just a week, going to a trivia night, have fun here.
May check in later, when I will be catching up with Ladies of London, check it out @Mr Stickyfingers .....I love this one, escapist fun.
It is a Real Housewives kind of thing, but the poms are actually proper people not just a facade marriage airheads/trophy wife.
Next few days have some good stuff. Jonothan Ross show, Pete's shos clashes with something I forget. Oh Kitty tomorrow night of course.
