He's done it before, but never so blatantly as this. Perhaps Skye or Tully let slip how much money they're making?

Yeah maybe his winnings have run dry. I mean, I don't blame him, it feels kind of out of place for him though. Not remotely subtle either.
Well I doubt he had any return on his investment in that Graceland trip he did with Ben. You just know he was angling for some TV gigs to materialise from that.
Tim's ego happened on at least one occasion and has proven to be very costly for him.
I'm told he really is quite difficult to deal with and was demanding things creatively which were way out of his lane in relation to to his standing in the industry.
Sometimes in the TV game you do have to bend over initially to get another step closer. Not Timmy and fair enough. But your light fades very fast and even his value as an instagram product flogger would be substantially less than it was 2 years ago.
Never say never but right now he is just another punter flogging show ideas around town.
