...yes thankfully Meglos... it's one of the few things that I am allowed thank god... I'd hate to know how sick I would be now if I hadn't... cheers.

...I had pneumonia two years back FatPants... I ended up in Hospital for 3 days... that's why I always rug up and sweat it out if I need to... I don't intend to go through that crap again... hence why I take flu so serious... I take as many precautions as possible but still... cheers.
 
I like the way Sophie Monk calls herself a massive bogan in the new ad. Maybe I will enjoy her series, she doesn't take herself too seriously. I knew she'd been engaged to one of the Madden brothers (the one who wasn't a main judge on The Voice and is now with Cameron Diaz) but I didn't know she had been with Ryan Seacrest (American Idol host). I wonder how they feel about her doing this and talking about always being with the wrong guy.

...I don't really know or follow Sophie Monk but she seems to be way more grounded than the flossheads left on this show... I never ever thought that I would be saying this but I'm THINKING of possibly watching 'The Bachelorette' just to see how the 'Bachelors' interact with each other just to say that I've seen both sides of the coin now... I'm imagining that the guys are bitchier the these girls but in a more 'butch' way so it'll be interesting to see methinks!... but I might be delirious from the flu so perhaps I may change my mind lol!... cheers.

Did you watch Sophie Monk on Celebrity Apprentice? I can't remember if you watched that show with us.

And yes, the Bachelors can be worse than the Bachelorettes. Not so much bitchy, but if you can imagine a roomful of Matty J's all fist-pumping and trying to outdo each other in who is going to get a pash, that's pretty much it. But please do watch it.

...yes I did watch the Celebrity Apprentice but I really didn't remember her very much at all to be honest but I'll start with a clean sheet with her to be fair to her... the Bachelors sounds like too many Roosters in a henhouse with just one Hen in it to me from your description Meglos lol!... but if I do watch it though Meglos I'll probably just pick the shit out of it and will always be telling everyone who the biggest wanker is all of the time like I do in this show so are you STILL wanting me to watch it?... lol!... cheers.
 
Thoughts...

Cringed at the psychic segment. So obviously not psychic. For a large part of the date I don't feel the chemistry as much between Matty and Laura here as in their first date with the drawing, but actually at the end when she talked about her feelings etc. I did notice he was looking at her with what might be described as an intense look of love. So I think we've got the winner here.

Poor Simone, she tried so hard throughout this series. Especially actually going through the skydiving! I'm glad that Matty at least appreciated her efforts enough to walk her out for a proper goodbye.

From the looks of the preview of the upcoming episode, Lisa's probably the next to go after showing no mercy to Matty yet again in another game of sport.
 
They really need more single dates and less time spent with bored overdressed ladies on couches trying to ramp up some drama in the house, or on silly games on group dates. I hate that he's taking the ones I like least on second dates, and they are godawful dates, too. Poor Simone, she didn't stand a chance.

@Mr Stickyfingers ...and anyone else interested, get a pneumonia shot, it is good for 10 years and protects against most types but not all.

I had a year where I kept getting pneumonia, about 5 or 6 times in row, each time a bit different - I had no idea about it before, no idea there are contagious virus type pneumonia, and the ones that have no cough just vomiting and fever...

I really liked Sophie Monk until watching her on Celeb Apprentice put me right off her.
She came across entitled, lazy and dumb.....and then the fix at the end where they ripped off Tim and gave her the win, I think it was in her contract and pre-arranged, she was almost asleep for weeks.

Perhaps it's a convenient "If you don't really dig any of these girls, choose me, and we'll pretend" situation.

Here is how I see it:
Elora would fall "in love" with literally any guy. Girlfriend ultimately wants action and/or attention.
Tara is TOO GOOD for Matty. She has a 50% chance of being chosen.
Florence is TOO GOOD for Matty.
Lisa has checked out and rightfully so.
Cobie is just making up numbers.
Elise is just making up numbers. I have a feeling he's pretending to like her to drag her through to the end.
Laura wants to WIN. She has a 50% chance of being chosen.

I love Simone. who was just on the Project, she is great fun and deserves more from this than most.
I think Matty is kind of afraid of girls with a personality - he is so dull, he is afraid of the ones that outshine his boring persona.

Simone/pancake face is a hoot and a half, no way Matty could keep up
