I took that so differently, there was a meme a few years ago that was "just waiting for a mate" and I assumed it was in reference to that or at least said tongue in cheek, not actually said literally.
Maybe I'm giving her too much credit though! It didn't feel disingenuous, at least no more than a typical Insta post.
Maybe you're right, my bad. But... that hand tho...
