That's weird, I like Tara she seems fun, no hope of being the one

Inspired by @timmydownawell awesome tipping Survivor game, I suggest we do s sloppy casual betting game - place your bets on the next dumpee each night, 1st kiss, next date???
Anything you like to suggest as we watch along....and tipping for THE ONE, I'm picking Lisa
And even before next ep, I think the next evictee will be the brunette.........................
 
Tara's cute and fun though. I'm all for her being on the show.

Date with Elora looked awkward. Right from the beginning the whole thing just looked like she was trying to entice him to kiss her and not succeeding, she was already trying it on when they were on the boat which seems way too early as they haven't built up that much rapport yet. All those unsubtle physical cues and it just continued on to the couch - snuggling close and looking right into his eyes. I was surprised Matty said it felt natural because the conversation was quite contrived to me too on top of that.

Lisa on the hand seemed way more natural and casual, and the banter and conversation actually feels like a real interaction you might have with someone you're getting to know in the early days. Matty's clearly smitten with her so it looks like she's won already and now it's just a matter of keeping up the charade that the others are in with a chance (and at the end of the day he'll have an epiphany that Lee was to Georgia what Lisa is to him). I actually don't think she's as smitten with him yet but she'll come around.

Caught up on the first two episodes and had a good laugh at the this year's bad girls. I also read an article in which Matty says the bitchiness gets worse.

I like Tara and think she is bright, bubbly and pretty. She is obviously fairly sensible as people leave their children with her :biggrin::biggrin::biggrin:. Her and Matty would make a good couple but it looks like he is smitten with Lisa at the moment. He did say in his interview on The Project that he liked someone at first then got to know her and found they weren't matched so I wonder if that is Lisa?

Interesting about what he said on the Project. I guess it could apply to anyone though! They always say vague and cryptic things in these interviews and try to throw people off the scent.

I also immediately thought Tara and Matty would be good together when I saw her introductory clip as they both have similar personalities. But then when they actually met on the red carpet they had more of a friend vibe going on... certainly doesn't help matters that she keeps calling him "mate"... but who knows, things could change?
 
I agree, The Project comment could have been deliberately misleading.

I thought it was hilarious when Tara called Matty 'mate'. It could have ruined her chances though.

The Bachelor is total car crash TV - so bad, but you can't help watching it for a laugh, because the girls especially are such atrocious bimbos, and Matty J is such a wimp of a bloke(not hard to look at though, nice shirtless bod)
Alora is by far the most interesting of the girls, the rest sort of all merge into the typical blonde bimbo airhead category with a few token brunettes too.
 
Hmmm I am caught up on this now, but I don't know who I want to win or who will win. Matty seems completely smitten with Lisa just as Richie was with Alex in the first episode, but who knows.

I think I like Laura and Tara, but I may have the wrong girls and this is subject to change. I liked Jennifer in the first episode, she initially seemed classy and I loved her look, but now she's kind of a mean girl so I don't think either of those things anymore.

Lisa seems so lovely and down to earth, I think her looks are overrated but maybe I'm being picky, she has a gorgeous commercial vibe to her and is quite flawless to look at. I guess I just prefer brunettes.

...apparently Evan44... Matty only likes blondes according to his mum... so that means that the brunettes are just cannon fodder and 'fillers' I guess?... I am such a 'romantic' at heart that's for sure (Mrs Sticky is lauded with love and affection big time) but there is not an ounce of true romance in this show that I have discovered but it is worth watching just for the laughs as you say but aw man!... am I learning about how women can be so bitchy between each other lol!... as you also said... it's a car crash but fun to watch as I have recently discovered because of a dare that I took up lol!... cheers.
