Yes I think it does get better although it still hasn't been as compelling as the Aussie version so far for me. It's worth watching for David and Michaela at least.

Seriously, the showmance makes me want to vomit. I'm with Michaela on that one:

"Y'all can't be for real. You stink. Your mouth is nasty. You got sand in your drawers and you kissing somebody? That's disgusting."

There wasnt always toothpaste,pretty sure people have been kissing each other with nasty mouths for centuries LOL
 
Figtails is a hilarious showmance and you people need to let love into your hearts. But, as Stephenie LaGrossa would say, jealousy is a disease.
 
And another satisfying boot! So far all deserved (except Mari, would have liked to have seen more of her, thanks Hannah)
Michaela, no matter how far she goes this time around will be back again for sure. Her comments are just gold.
Slow to warm, perhaps due to the explosion that was Australia Survivor, but has started to pick up now.
 
So pleased with that result. The couple were very irritating. I had a feeling Adam would vote Ken out, but I think he made the right decision. I want Adam and Ken to go far into the game. I don't mind Jessica either.
Mikayla is amazing, she needs to stay. Liking Zeke too.
 
Hooray! Never want to hear the word "Figtayls" ever again! Thank god Adam went that way, I don't know if I could've born it without Ken there. He's so pretty, and one of my few favourites on this so far dull and unpleasant cast.

Zeke, Ken.... Jay, Adam. That's it. Don't mind Chris, so far. Loved Mari, but she's gone already. Mikayla is enjoyable to watch and delivers the soundbites, but she's too driven for my tastes. I can't stand ragers, and she's boiling with it. But it's US Survivor, so she'll be a hero.

Me neither, it was nauseating. And Figgy cried as she was leaving, never seen anyone do that before. So entitled.

Who is Chris, the ginger beardy guy who Zeke likes?
There's one guy there who doesn't seem to be part of the game, I don't even know if he has a name. He did help Hannah when she collapsed, but that's it... Hannah is too jittery, she makes me tense.

I loved the way Ken covered his manhood when he was blindfolded. Didn't help though, he copped a few direct hits.

Yes, Chris is the ginger beardy. And the background guy is a gay cop called... whastisname! Bret. That's it - he doesn't look like a Bret, to me. He seems okay. He was very kind and reassuring in that scene.

Poor Hannah. I went off her over Mari getting voted out. She's painful to watch, I wish they'd give her lens cleaner for her glasses.
 
Very, very happy to see Figgy go. She and Taylor annoyed me way more than any of the Aussie survivors, and my level of annoyance was not dependent on their relationship - their personalities just really grate me.

I don't have a lot of favorites here so far. Michaela would be my pick, I guess. I kind of like Adam and Ken, but that's pretty much it so far. Zeke and Michelle could be interesting as well, I suppose.
 
Seems like we all like the same people. :tongue:
Not sure how Michelle's going to go, Figgy put a target on her (she the mastermind of Survivor ;) )

My lord how bad was David in the reward challenge?
Laughing at Taylor early on saying his is a power couple with Figgy. Um no you're just a couple playing badly.
Michaela is a challenge queen. I like watching her.
Adam: whether you call it a showmance or romance, some kind of mance is going on.
What was with Figgy at the end saying she played an awesome game and that she would of won it if she had stayed?

David is SOOOOOOOOooooo bad at challenges, he just has to stay.
Figgy believed her and "tails" were the new Amber and Rob. Her being the Rob (because we all get there are no braincells wanting to be associated with Taylor) no diss on Amber intended there.

Adam into no mance, just looking ahead.

I love David, he is entertaining but by god he sucks at challenges. The thing is that blind reward challenge wasn't even particularly physical, he just seemed to have no clue as to which way he was being told to go.
